Stayed Oct 24, 2025My wife and I were visiting our daughter for the weekend. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and cozy. It came with coffee and everything we could need. The on-site parking in back was a big plus for us. The host was so nice and communicated very well. A plus experience!

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Walking up to the door was intimidating as the grass along the walkway was about a foot tall. Opening the fridge was a mouse dripping on door shelf, some spoons in drawer were dirty,water in bowls in cupboard, carpet had big stain. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person. Used dishcloth for face. It could stand a good overall cleaning. Used toilet tissue for Kleenex and napkins. Appreciated washer and dryer. one bath and hand towel per

Stayed Sep 25, 2023This is a basement apartment with a back alley entrance. The toilet would not flush and almost backed up onto the floor with sewage. Ade got it fixed, but there was fecal material around the bathroom afterward. In addition there is a back fence that you close with a chain lock, and someone came down the alley and strongly rattled the chain link gate that is chained, trying to get in while I as there, which was really frightening. Not recommended for single female.
