Stayed Jan 6, 2026Home was exactly as described. Host was very responsive, no problems whatsoever. Home has a great set up - two bedrooms on each side of house and large common areas in the center. Outdoor pool, hot tub and deck were all used extensively and in great condition.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025My family and I have been traveling for years and this is by far the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is on a quiet street that makes about a 1 mile loop and is perfect to walking and scooters! Manasota key beach is about 2 miles which made for a nice short drive after dinner for sunsets! When we arrived the house was so clean and smelled fresh and new! We stayed for over a month and eat in quite a bit, so having a well equipped house is always great. There was every kitchen item we could have ever needed including a crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, awesome blender, cookware, bakeware, grilling and so much more! The home is open concept in the living areas which was perfect for us. There is honestly not enough good things I can say about this property. We spent so much time in the pool and spa and fishing off the dock! The kayaks were so great for exploring the canal. We highly recommend Ryan’s place and hope to visit again soon!
