Newly remodeled! Super Clean, Great location, Family Size, 7 mins Raymond James

Newly remodeled property centrally located for Raymond James Stadium, a number of different shopping venues as well as downtown. Property itself was spotless. Kitchen well equipped with soda and water provided free in the refrigerator. Would like to have stayed longer to take advantage of jacuzzi and foosball out on the back patio. Bathroom equipped with toiletries and lots of towels. Very positive experience overall. Will be back next time we come to Tampa.

This was an awesome little house. Clean, newly updated. Close to Raymond James stadium. Communication was great. Easy to get code and entry. Super stay!

Communication with the host was excellent in the weeks leading up to our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. A few days before our arrival, we received check-in instructions; however, when we arrived at the property, we discovered that the access code was not included. After reviewing all of our email correspondence and reservation details, I was unable to locate it and had to call the host for assistance.Unfortunately, that interaction was disappointing. I found the host's tone to be rude, sarcastic, and somewhat condescending. The experience left us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to contact her again during our stay, even when we had additional questions.The property itself was very nice and met our expectations overall. The only feature we were not particularly fond of was the elevated bed in the main bedroom, which may not be suitable for all guests.Overall, the accommodation was enjoyable, but the negative check-in experience and subsequent interaction with the host affected our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights for concerts at Raymond James Stadium. While it is an older neighborhood. The house has been very nicely updated and has all you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay!

The host is amazing! Great communication and willingness to help, going above and beyond. The house was very clean & spacious. Pictures are accurate. Hot tub was amazing!!!! Would definitely rent again when in Tampa!!!

Great house with close access to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens and not too far from the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

This was a very. Very nice property. It's in an older section of town with narrow streets. But, it is very quiet and we had ZERO problems. Everything worked except the shower drained a little bit slow. The kitchen has plenty of food, condiments, towels, dish soap, etc. in it. It was very well supplied with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. there is a wonderful Jacuzzi on the back porch as well as a bar height table. Sink and nice counter space. There is a foosball table on the porch as well as a grill out back. I could go on and on but we were very impressed with the atten tion to detail. It's obvious the owner had traveled a lot as she understands wha t amenities make a stay very enjoyable. Thanks. We're planning on returning to Tampa again as there is soooo much to do.

We were 1 mile from the NXL Opener for the season at Raymond James Stadium! Fantastic stay and 100% pleased with all the amenities included!

The house was nicely updated, extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was close to restaurants, stores of every kind and the International Mall is a must to do on everyone’s list. The host was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this house and give it a 10 out of 10.

This was an excellent VRBO experience. The host went above and beyond with communication, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood & was spotless & comfortable, with a nicely stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

An incredible all-round experience. The property is gorgeous, clean, and accommodates with a comfortable patio to enjoy the breeze. Almost everything you can think of is available inside the home. I could go into detail how much we enjoyed our stay and the host Ms Gracine is impeccable. Correspondence since day one and literally every question answered. We are absolutely excited to share the review and will definitely recommend the spot to our friends and everyone needing their space, privacy, and the at home feel. It is easy to access and in the shortest distance to most important destinations. We had a great stay! My family of 5 were very comfortable. The location was close to everything. The house and outdoor space was very clean, had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

House was beautiful! Only two things we didn’t love 1) they could use a new house keeper or maybe the house had been sitting empty for awhile but either way I wouldn’t call it dirty but wasn’t clean either lot’s of dust, hair etc and 2) the camera that over looks the hot tub makes it a little awkward to relax I realize they need to keep an eye on things when no one is there but that should be repositioned or a cover of some type provided for privacy when enjoying the outdoor space. Getting in a few good soaks was a priority for us this trip and it was nice the first night when we didn’t see the camera but the water was cold you have to put the cover on heat it then turn on the jets! Anyway, the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows etc. the sofas were nice and not too stiff to where you can actually relax which was awesome, we don’t cook but gracious if you wanted to cook there you’d have EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Well appointed, very cozy! We had a great stay!

House was clean and spacious. Hot Tub was clean and warm. Host was very easy to reach if any problems arose.

Spent a four day weekend here and it was perfect, very close to everything in Tampa. Place was very clean and very cozy. If I ever come back to Tampa, I would definitely stay here again.

Probably the most well stocked, clean home we’ve ever rented. Clean, comfortable and stress free. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the downtown Riverwalk. We were close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and was exceptionally clean. It looks exactly like the photos. The kids especially enjoyed the arcade games, the hot tub, and the foosball table. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need — no need to bring or buy anything. Highly recommended!

This property was amazing! Super clean! Gracine thought of EVERYTHING! There were tons of towels, even beach towels. Shampoo and soaps. Water soda coffee condiments. Easy access and check in, was very responsive. 10/10 would stay and will be recommending to everyone I know looking to travel to the area!

We loved our stay so much. The home was immaculate. Communication with the owner was flawless. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened-in back patio. The bed was comfy, and the host was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through Tampa. Retail and grocery stores were also nearby, and the Gulf beaches were only 45 minutes away. It's a perfect place for a couple or a small family.

The rental was so nice. Beautifully decorated. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years but this one by far had the most extras you could have asked for. Coffee, tea and all of the extras for that. Lots of spices. All kinds of condiments including jellies. Located right by a nice park with walking paths. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great. Appliances were handy and there were lots of pre stocked items that helped out when we first got there.

Beautiful place, as advertised. Great location, wonderful prompt communication. Gracine is a wonderful host. The hot tub and games in the kitchen kept my 17 & 19 year old daughters occupied when the weather didn’t cooperate for the beach. Fully stocked with so many towels, bedding and water and soda in fridge. 5 stars all around!

This house is amazing! I am definitely saving this as a favorite for us in Tampa. The space was absolutely perfect for our needs. We never used the Jacuzzi, but we had swimsuits just in case we wanted. We will definitely use it next time we stay here. The master bedroom has a humongous, super comfortable bed that is fairly high off the ground. I felt like a princess in it.The kitchen is spacious enough for someone to cook and for others to stand around chatting.The island in the kitchen/dining room is great for sitting to eat, or just to socialize around.The bathroom is awesome! With flamingos on the shower curtain and a rug...it felt like pure Florida...and was big enough for someone to assist me if I needed it.The outside spaces were great for soaking up some sun and relaxing.Cute house and easy to spot.It is close to just about anything one would need or desire. Food, shopping, groceries, etc ..The neighborhood was very quiet. And there's a nice park just a few blocks away. There was one minor house repair that was needed while we were there, and Gracine had it taken care of in 30 minutes.All in all an amazing property in a great location. Gracine is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with.We will definitely stay here again

We were in town for Christmas and my son lives only 10 minutes from the house. It was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to make a great meal, and retail, groceries and restaurants literally 1/2 mile away!

Close to airport and stadium

We needed to purchase our breakfast supplies, walmart was inly 4 minutes away! The house had all the cookware we needed and no need to buy coffee or tea as we were welcomed to the supply. The host was nice to leave sodas & bottles water in the fridge as well.Beds were comfy. The 2 kids opted for the coches. I lived the pinball machine. The screened porch with jacuzzi and t,v, was great!

The property is exactly as advertised, it's beautiful. SO clean, with a lovely backyard / patio which includes an amazing hot tub with a television out back. The king sized bed in the main room is probably the most comfortable rental bed I've ever slept in. It is fully stocked with an assortment of clean towels, all the cookware you would need for meals, etc. Total privacy. Would LOVE to stay again in the future, as My friend and I felt so cozy here. A home away from home. You won't want to leave!
