Please note that the pool cleaner and gardener may visit the property during your stay as part of the home’s regular maintenance.

• The pool technician visits twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays or Fridays) to maintain the pool and keep it clean and usable.

• The gardener visits once a week to clean and maintain the outdoor grounds.

They will only be at the property for a short period of time and will not enter the house.

There is $100 per night pool/jacuzzi heat fee. You are free to use both as is un-heated. Please contact your host at least 48 hours in advance to arrange for this service.
The pool heater and Jacuzzi are solely controlled by Management and NOT the guests. The Jacuzzi funtions can only be used for a few hours at a time. Management should be notified in advance as to when guests would like to use the jacuzzi heat and jets. We know this is not ideal, however the pool and jacuuzzi heat cannot be run simultaneously so this is the workaround. Also, this equipment is extremely sensitive and can be damaged easily which is why we dont allow guest access.
