Stayed Sep 17, 2025We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything we planned to do. Owner was very responsive. From photos, it appeared that third bathroom was more convenient to a bedroom. There are 2 very nice bedroom/ bathroom combinations upstairs, but other two bedrooms were more rustic and with no bathroom on same floor which was difficult for some family members to navigate stairs at night. I should have enquired about that before renting —— so lesson learned. Easy walk to beach, but no ocean view from the house.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025The house was wonderful and spacious. The previous guest had left excessive amounts of trash that we needed to manage. Some of the beach equipment was broken, however the owners may not have been made aware of this. Otherwise, everything was great.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025This is a wonderfully large and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach is a very short walk. We had lots of meals on the large patio and bc of the gate on the patio our 1.5 yr old grandson had free range of the entire area. Katherine was very responsive to all our queries. We'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 16, 2024Great location for seeing the cape. Kitchen has lots of counter space and is well stocked. Katherine was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of towels…beds were very comfortable. All in all a great experience.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We stayed here during our family reunion with our two sons and their wives. It accommodated us well with the three bedrooms and baths in the first and second levels of the house. Would highly recommend this house.
