Stayed Jul 27, 2025Wonderful location, highly enjoyed our stay. Less than a block to a beautiful beach with sand dunes that my son loved. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen that opens up to the family room (located on the 3rd floor). Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Having access to the garage was great. There were beach toys, boogie boards and bikes in the garage as well. We rode bikes everywhere. Great spot for my CA family to enjoy time together.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We booked the home to make it easier for family to get together. Celebrating my mom's 90th. She lives in the Ventura area, and wanted to make it easy for her. Instead of individual hotel rooms we rented this beautiful home. So much in walking distance, and so close to all of the other activities. We had one long three-day party spread out throughout the town. :-) Great communication, very prompt, and Mary even able to speak on the phone. We all can't wait to stay there again.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025The house is beautiful, and has plenty of space. Getting in was super easy and we were able to adjust our booking on short notice which was very nice. We had more than 2 cars but the street parking was easy to find. 10/10 stay.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We had our kids and my parents staying at the house with us. It was a great time to connect in the large kitchen and family room, and we enjoyed walks down to the beach. It was very cold and windy while we were there, so beach time was not very pleasant until the last day. We found that a half an hour away in Santa Barbara was much calmer and warmer. We enjoyed the house, and slept well. The kitchen was well equipped overall, which we really appreciated. Grocery stores are close by, and Ventura is near our older daughter’s college, which was why we chose the location and timing. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed Feb 22, 2025This property is lovely - close to the beach for morning/evening walks on the beach, great to have access to a garage to park, and the accommodations are as described.There are numerous stairs to get up to the property and within the property if anyone has any mobility issues. The front bedroom overlooks the garage and does experience garage door and vehicle noise.

Stayed Oct 17, 20247 adults visiting for a celebration of life. All reported the beds were comfortable. Master bedroom gets very bright and sunny in the morning, so if you like sleeping in bring an eye mask. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Walk to the beach is quick and the beach is clean. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to stay.

Stayed May 23, 2024This rental property close to the beach served us well. There are a lot of stairs. The rental itself Is located up a long steep stairway and then the living quarters are divided by stairs. Bedrooms on one level with the living room and kitchen area on another. I would say this is definitely a make it or break it feature. We were all able to navigate the stairs. Other than that, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to enjoy your stay. The Host Kevin is super nice and very easy to communicate with. Very limited parking. 2 cars only if you use the garage. All in all, a nice comfortable stay.
