Julie was very responsive to our wants and needs. A little close to the airport, so use ‘white noise’ or ear plugs if you are sensitive. Kitchen was basic, but did the trick for easy heat up food. I’d stay there again. Good value for the price

The place was clean and the Host was quick with answering emails.

Place with everything it promised, and then some it was clean and well stocked neighborhood was quiet with stores close by.

There was so much room and everything was very clean. This is our second time at this location and we loved it just as much as the first time. The yard was great for our dogs to run around. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe and relaxed the whole trip. The kitchen has a lot of counter space that helped us make a delicious meals. The location is great to be near Orlando without being in the thick of all the traffic. Only complaint is the old grill in the backyard is unusable due to rust, dirt, and a mouse was living in it. All in all, perfect for a couple of dog show people.

The pictures listed on the VRBO website were fairly accurate. What they didn’t show was the filthy floor (our feet and socks were black within the first 30 minutes), the dirty washing machine, the poorly functional dishwasher, and the nasty weedy back yard. The patio doors did not lock… so they laid a piece of plastic conduit in the track for “security “!!! After a call to Julie the yard was mowed the next day. This unit has only the very basics…nothing more! I only found 7 hangers on our arrival. I ended up mopping the floor 4 times during our stay. The neighborhood is not pleasant… drug activity out in the open, loud racing of 4 wheelers down our street at all hours, an abandoned house behind us filled with cats, so if the wind is blowing in the right direction you get that smell of an overflowing litter box. Some of these rough neighbors tossed fire crackers at as while we were walking our dog. The listing states it is close to the airport! That is correct! So close that the runways line up with the house and the constant drone of aircraft fills the day. They come over the house so close you can count the tires on the plane!!! So if you want peace and quiet and a sense of security, this is NOT the place to be. I would never consider taking children here. We were so fed up we left one week early on our 4 week stay. I am truly surprised they are in the VRBO network!

We weren't at the house for long because of enjoying the local theme parks that were close. But after a long day the house is cozy and the beds were comfortable!

Perfect set up and just what we needed. We came down to Florida to do the amusement parks and needed a place that would take care 2 dogs. This did the job fine . With a fenced in back yard they could be let out without being totally watched over and we were able to leave them in the unit while we enjoyed the parks during the day!
