Newly Remodeled Modern Coastal Cottage- Walk to White Sand - Couples Retreat.

I loved all the cute personal touches especially the shell box and the ‘Welcome’ chalkboard. There was also everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach, from chairs and an umbrella, to the cart you had to carry them in.

This rental property was great! The location was phenomenal, the interior was well maintained and modern, and the backyard space was great. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of the robes was very nice. There were so many small touches to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I would recommend maybe adding It a table and chairs outside for dining or working. I was not aware that’d this was physically attached to another property, and we could hear a little bit of the conversation from our neighbors. Not a big deal, but seems unclear based on photos. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Our cottage was clean, modern, and conveniently located. We Ubered from the airport and was able to quickly walk to every place we wanted to go. Food, beach, shops all near. Everything we needed for the beach was included so we did not need any beach rentals. Overall perfect stay!

From the jump, the owner was wonderfully communicative responsive, and hospitable. As we were already familiar with the area, the property's amenities definitely lived up to their billing. Everything radiated sparking cleanliness, charm and attention to detail. We loved the combination of a quiet residential area and proximity to the beach. It definitely was the best spot we have stayed in IRB, a beach town that has become our annual winter happy place. Definitely a perfect rental for a couple with the added opportunity to also rent the adjacent 2BR unit for additional friends and family. We will definitely be back!

Having stayed at several great VRBOs in the past, I had high expectations. However, the bar has been raised due to the exceptional experience I had at Barbra’s adorable cottage. The home is accurately reflected in the listing, including current pictures. No small touch was overlooked. The home smelled clean every time we opened the door. The location is perfect for a beach visit or for traveling to eat some great food. If my husband and I have a trip for just the two of us, we will absolutely be back. We’ve already recommended to family and friends! Thank you, Barbra, for your hospitality!!!

Great! Very clean, close to good restaurants and Publix. 5 minute walk to the beach. 35 minutes to Tampa. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this property.
