Newly Remodeled Luxury Waterfront Home on Venice Canal with Jacuzzi

The house is gorgeous! Newly renovated and in such a great location. The host is amazing! Very communicative and responsive and so nice! Highly recommend!

we have never been to the Venice canal and it was such a unique area to stay. Although in a big city, it was so peaceful and quiet. The canal were so cool, Wandering throughout the canals looking at the amazing houses was a highlight. As for the house, it was lovely. the descriptions and pictures were spot on. Great location close to the Venice Beach and many great restaurants. Would recommend strongly if you want to be in a big city, but want the peace and quiet of a unique neighborhood.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic time and found the house perfect for our needs. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning in the main bedroom worked well (only 2 of us, didn’t use other bedrooms). Great kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have a garage. Amazing to walk to the beach and swim and skate without needing to drive or even bring keys. The canals are such a fun atmosphere, our first time visiting the area. Hot tub was perfect temp and jets were great. Excellent showers and amenities. Hope to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Ben’s place in Venice Beach! From the start, Ben was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The property itself is excellent—well maintained, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Venice Beach has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Great property, just know there is no central AC. Just fans and one portable air conditioner for one bedroom only. If you’re a hot sleeper, it could be an issue in the summer. Ok for cooler months!

Beautiful house right on the canals, fantastic deck, great Jacuzzi, great CA architecture vibe. Just one note -- the house is very airy with great light, and so you may want to use a sleeping mask (the hosts helpfully provide them). Highly recommended.

Our group of three moms + four teens had a wonderful stay at this house. The house is lovely and nicely appointed. We took advantage of the Jacuzzi, the paddleboat, the bikes. We made a couple of meals in the kitchen, which was nicely appointed. It is such a privilege to be able to stay directly on the Venice canals. They are quiet and beautiful and fun to explore. We were able to make a day at Venice Beach and Santa Monica without needing to get in the car. Highly recommend!

Howland House is set in a magical location, right on the Venice Canals! The home is an architectural gem, modernized for all creature comforts, and appointed with luxurious furnishings and lovely amenities (soaps, towels, etc.). Also provided are bicycles and a pedal boat to tool around the canals in the gorgeous Venice weather. My sister and nephew joined us from NJ for a weekend retreat and it is a memory that will last forever. Thanks to Ben and his family for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place. Location is superb, and is a very short distance to the beach (there is path taking you directly to the beach). The place is clean, new looking and tastefully furnished. The one thing to be aware of is that the master bedroom does not have full curtains, so there is light in the morning (that didn't bother us, but may for some, the host provided eye masks if need be). All in all an amazing place.

We stayed here with our 3 year old son and my parents and wow, everything about the property was perfect and more than we imagined. Incredibly clean and everything you could possibly need (including a pram) which came in so handy! Being located right on the canals was very special and the nights spent on the water will be remembered forever. Cannot wait to return again soon!

The whole family loved the house and its proximity to local restaurants and sights.
