Stayed May 23, 2025We had a great stay in this home in Rosemary! Location is perfect, beautiful furnishings and kitchen is well stocked. One thing to note is there is only room for one mid size vehicle so having to find parking for other cars can be challenging. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

A wonderful gathering space on the first floor is great for our family. Location is very close to all the shops in Rosemary. Thanks for sharing!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The whole family packed up for a Thanksgiving beach trip. The location of our rental couldn't have been more perfect! Easy access to the beach and shops. All walkable. As an unexpected extra all the Christmas tree lightings and Santa were at Allyce Beach and Rosemary. We had 10 people and plenty of room. 5 adults and 5 children. Large front porch and patio area in back courtyard is large too. The only negative and it's the same all over Rosemary is parking.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This is a beautiful home that has a great location to downtown Rosemary Beach and the ocean! The courtyard provides a great space to sit and also some separation from the street. Having temperature control on all levels was great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property?

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Wonderful location! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Home is lovely, beautifully decorated and great space for everyone. Courtyard in front is great for leaving beach toys. Highly recommend wagon for taking everything back and forth to the beach. Reserve beach chairs and umbrella setup is a must. Use walkover F for closest beach entry. Only suggestion would be to have a walking map of area with walkouts and pool locations identified. Otherwise, excellent rental!! 10/10! Everyone in our family agreed, we will be coming back!

Stayed May 20, 2024this property is as advertised. for us it was perfect, very comfortable living space on the first floor, great kitchen with all needed pots/pans/utensils, including tools for the grill. bedrooms are beautiful, huge, lots of natural light. 5 min walk on paved trail to access gateF, and 10sec walk to ice cream shop. we loved this trip, will be back.
