Stayed Jul 24, 2024Seven adult family members stayed for four nights at Granbury Escape with Dock. It was everything we had hoped for. We loved this home and especially enjoyed its ambiance and aesthetic appeal. Located on Lake Granbury, it had a gorgeous view of the lake with a beautiful deck from which to take it all in. The side of this house, facing the lake had floor to ceiling windows that obviously let in a lot of light and also provided for lovely views. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love the opportunity to rent it again. The only problem, it's a long way from home, which is in IA for five of our family members that stayed there & in MN for two members.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Perfect location for our family of five plus two adult companions. Boating, swimming by the dock and spectacular view while relaxing in the house made for an amazing 4th. Hostess was very valuable and quick to respond.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024The house layout was perfect for our needs. Very beautiful views from the back deck that we enjoyed each morning/evening. Grocery and convenience stores were close by. Without a boat or wave runner, the lower deck was not really usable - tough access for swimming

Stayed May 31, 2024Gorgeous property with stunning views! Well-stocked, comfortable beds and places to sit, visit, and hang out. Lots of room for whatever you are doing! It is tucked back in the neighborhood and the stairs to the water are steep, but worth it! Had fun eating and shopping in downtown Granbury as well.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022We had a few housekeeping concerns- several towels smelled like cigarette smoke, the potty seat was loose in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, it was very clean! Wished we'd known about the steep steps to the upstairs and to the water! We're all 4 in our 60's. We realized we're all in really good shape! Also, not sure how 8 could sleep comfortably. It was perfect for the 4 of us (women- our husbands didn't join us this time) with one sleeping on the couch and with only 2 bathrooms. Also, the mattresses sure could use some updating! Spending money like that, we'd expect to have more comfortable beds. Tonia, however, was an excellent contact!! She answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful! The kitchen was perfectly stocked for all our needs.
