Newly Remodeled Home on Main St in Charming Old Town Cottonwood!

Great location in Old Town Cottonwood with walking to tasting rooms, great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Very nicely remodelded.

Good overall stay. Backyard could use a bit of love and the parking for more than 1 vehicle isn’t ideal but overall was a good value.

Really cute & clean place. The couch wasn’t very comfy, but we liked everything else! Location was awesome!

The kitchen & L.R. were cute. Bathrooms were good.The overall cleanliness was awful. Bedrooms & hall carpet filthy! An unpleasant odor when 1st walking into house. Bedroom furniture was soiled. Value definitely wasn't there for the price. I complained to the property manager & thankfully they were good to refund our money. We didn't stay, be turned around & left the property.

Wonderful location to downtown, clean and spacious!

Wonderful location…easy access to hiking and all we wanted to do. Traffic noise from street house is located on. House was clean and well stocked. Carpets in bedrooms were very soiled.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay in this property! The house was everything we needed as it’s within walking distance of the many things Old Town Cottonwood had to offer.

We found this property to be well stocked, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The sofa provided plenty of room for four adults to spread out, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, and the location is walkable to the shops and tasting rooms on Main Street. The lack of a long list of checkout requirements was appreciated as well!

This home was in the perfect location. A short walk to downtown Cottenwood restaurants, unique shops, coffee shops and so much more. Clean and had everything we needed.

the house was great, however there is quite a bit of street noise. the are also several homeless folks in the green space area very close to the property.

This was by far the easiest check in and check out process of all our VRBO stays! House was cute, had all the necessities, including a fenced yard for the dogs. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, it was a great getaway, highly recommend!

Property was as described. Walk to town with great restaurants. Fresh doughnuts across the street we had everything we needed. Short trip to Jerome and Clarkdale. 40 minutes to Sedona

Super cute house in a great location! We loved being able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops in Old Town Cottonwood—seriously, the food scene here is worth the trip alone. The house was clean, the bed was comfy, and the host was lightning-fast with responses (like, faster than my group deciding where to eat—and that’s saying something).A couple of small quirks: the toilet seat had a bit of a rebellious streak, and there were a few minor signs of wear around the house. But nothing that got in the way of enjoying our stay.Now… the fridge. Oh, the fridge. It made so much noise, we thought it was trying to start a band. And it definitely needs a little temperature tune-up. If the host can get that rockstar fridge to chill out (literally), this place would be chef’s kiss perfect.

Wonderful stay to enjoy Cottonwood and surrounding wineries. Location is conveniently close to Old Town walking distance to everything you want to enjoy there. Short drives to wineries and historical locations. Large back yard for the dog to enjoy and allow you to sit back and relax after a day of adventures. Certainly would make this a place we will find a way to come back to

FABULOUS location. It is on Main Street which also means some traffic so if that kind of noise bothers you, this would not be your place. This was not the case with us at all. The ability to walk downtown was exactly why we booked this location and the lovely yard area in back and in front were perfect for our little 4 legger. The house was well appointed with what we needed and the large living area was nice and roomy and ideal for 2 couples. Our only complaint was the linen. The bedding and pillows on both beds were heavy with some sort of scent that none of us liked. I'm not sure if it was detergent, dryer sheets or some sort of spray but it was actually unbearable for all of us. We managed to find some linens in the closet that were not as strong with the scent so used those but it was still bothersome. We would absolutely stay at this location again, as long as this issue was resolved.

Great for our purposes (sleeping and gathering place for 3 adults). The place has been updated and is in very good shape. The location on Main Street is great for visiting downtown Cottonwood. Facilities were perfect for what we needed (mostly just coffee & tea in the morning).

Clean well located property for exploring this area. Were short a few supplies, but otherwise very enjoyable stay! We'd come back.

The house was clean and in a fantastic location to walk along the main drag. However, the backyard needs work - the turf was in okay shape but surrounded by dirt which turned to mud from the rains, and the cornhole game needs replacing. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would return.

Great location near restaurants and entertainment

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 4 on our recent trip to Cottonwood!! We spent a lot of our days hiking in the Sedona area, and thought Cottonwood was the perfect spot to come home to each afternoon. We loved walking around Main Street exploring different shops and restaurants after a day of adventure. The house was clean and comfy. My kids wished there were fans in their rooms - but that's a picky pick to pick! Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us!

Master bed was SO comfy! Very cozy and clean. Everything you could want within walking distance.

Pretty Standard, great place for a get away. If you’ve got kids maybe re- think the choice. House was clean but lacked some basic necessities like paper plates / cleaning supplies / soaps / trash bags etc.

The house was perfect!! Easy walk to all restaurants and bars. Great living room space to hang out with friends. Would stay again!!

Location is walking distance to downtown. The beds were comfortable. Large living room space. It was the perfect place for the weekend.

The house was very nice and we also enjoyed the back yard. We had problems with the tv connection, but the owner was very quick to resolve the problem. We did have to clean up some crumbs and we think mouse dirt in the kitchen cabinet. Also it said they had cornhole board, which we were looking forward to playing, but they were in such bad shape that they were not usable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a good place to stay near old town cottonwood. The walk was just a block away from restaurants and shopping.

What a sweet spot to enjoy the downtown area of Cottonwood ! Literally anything you would want to visit is walking distance! Fave: cafe - great service , even better breakfast , verde adventures kayaking - 3rd time with them , and hidden gem aquatic center is only $20 and has an indoor water slide

Great location and enjoy all at the Thunder Valley Rally. Host was pleasant and accessible.

There was construction on the casita behind the house we were staying in. That was fine, but the construction workers were parking in the spaces that we were told to park in. I had to call Lisa three times to clear it up and the worker continued to contradict what she told us. I would not stay there again

It truly is a block away from downtown vineyards and restaurants. Great location and nicely updated home.

House was very inviting! The yards were fantastic for our doggos! We will be booking again if available on our next trip to Cottonwood.
