Great stay! House was very clean and had everything we needed. The porches were a great place to hangout. Freezer out side for fish and Spains shopping trip haul was an added bonus.

The home was super clean! We enjoyed the porch! The bedrooms and closets were roomy and liked the fact that there were three bathrooms.

We came to Grenada for a family reunion and were at the property to eat breakfast and to sleep. The property was decorated nicely and during and before the stay, Brittany was very communicative. The property had all the dishes you need and laundry to use on site. BE WARY- we purchased travel insurance as this was the first time we were doing a vrbo. Two weeks after our stay, I received an insurance claim stating that we had damaged a lamp at the property and they were charging 199 for it. Never before this had I received any kind of communication from Brittany. As we only used the property to sleep and eat breakfast and after a check of the house before leaving, I can say with 100% certainty we did not leave any damage and were respectable guests. The lamp claimed to be broken was in the living room and was “discovered” by house keepers weeks later. If you decide to stay here, make sure to have travel insurance and take a picture of every single furnishing so false accusations to receive money do not also happen to you.

Amazing property, we came for fishing, the accommodation was so great we spent more time enjoying the cabin. We had a great host.

Great property close to the lake. Very clean and the property manager left firewood for the fire pit and snacks in the kitchen- very welcoming!

This cabin was perfect for a fishing trip. There were a few minor issues, but Brittany was very quick to respond and get them taken care of. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Husband's review - place was perfectly set up for what they came to do. Had every thing they needed, down to the pans to cook fish in, charcoal, etc. Already asked me to get him booked again for next year. That's a rave review (especially since they didn't catch that many fish)!

This property is BIG. All four bedrooms are nice sizes and very comfortable. The closet storage and 3 bathrooms are a huge plus. This home is woodsy and very quiet. We used all of the amenities offered such as the laundry machines, cornhole, the fire pit and the grill. We were able to find everything we needed to have an awesome family gathering. We definitely recommend this property and would book it again.

The home accommodated my birthday crew. The home is very spacious and clean. We love the outdoor space. It was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had three generations of family and found this rental to be just great.

The overall stay was great. I had a small problem gaining access at first, but the host responded promptly. The situation was resolved quickly. The overall cleanliness was good but could be a tad better. But it was not enough to prevent from renting again.

My husband’s mother passed away, and he and his brother, as well as all our immediate family, live in Texas. We grew up in the Grenada area and know the area well. This house was the perfect fit and perfect location. Many family members that live local were in easy proximity to this property, so it was easy to visit with them while we were in Grenada. The house itself was lovely. It was roomy, and in a quiet, beautiful area. We especially enjoyed the porches. All of the amenities the home offered made our stay comfortable.

The cottage was excellent especially since we were just a group of guys in a fishing trip. Couldn't ask for anything more. Brittany was great to work through any minor issues we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for friends and family who are looking to get out of the clutter and find some peace on a trip.
