Newly remodeled! Holland Farms is located in the Golden Triangle of Northern KY!

Plenty of room for all of our guests. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space to sit around the table for eating and playing games. Beds were comfortable and private bathroom for each bedroom was perfect accommodations. Cleanliness was 4 star because it looked like some spots got skipped. All in all I would definitely want to go back but next time when we can enjoy the pool.

This was such a lovely property! We had a wonderful time ringing in the new year with 4 families that have been friends since college days. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful place! pictures do not do justice. Perfect set up for a large family. Staff -Very easy to work with. Owners very kind. All the lights were labeled and all amenities were easy to find. Over all, great place to stay!!!!! Highly recommend and would love to go back.

Excellent accommodation. Eating and living areas were big enough for the whole group to be together and comfortable. Owner or owner’s representative was very responsive. Beautiful setting. I would do it all over again.

Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and outdoor grill had propane to enjoy cooking outside!

This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination.

This was our fourth visit to this property and since our last one in 2024, the property had a complete remodel. We were amazed at the changes and improvements. Plenty of space for the group we had and the new changes were awesome.

We have used this property for four years as the site for our girls trip. We LOVE this house! The space, the scenery, easy communication, the pool; there's nothing that compares to this house for our group of 14-16. We'll be back for year FIVE next July!

We have been doing our annual girls trip for several years at different locations. We hit the jackpot with this home! The house is exquisite and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time and have booked this house again for next year.

We went to stay at the Holland estate to spend time with family and friends. The pictures of the home do not do it justice because it’s even beautiful in person. It was quiet, serene and the best place to disconnect from all the noise. Enjoyed going to the Ark Encounter that was about 12 minutes away. Everyone loved it so much, we are making plans to go back!!!

We loved this location. it was one of our best stays yet. There was a bit of ant issue and a rusty chair incident. But overall it was an excellent stay.

We loved this place! The views were stunning, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Everything was nearly perfect. The only downside—and a surprising one—was the lack of a freezer or ice maker. For such a beautifully remodeled property, it was an odd omission.

This was an amazing property - absolutely beautiful location with great views of rolling hills. We had cows right behind the fence and turkeys as well! The house was spotless, well-decorated, and well-appointed. It was really beautiful. We appreciated that the lights were all marked and how thoughtfully stocked everything was. The communication was excellent. I received immediate responses to my questions. The only downside was not having a freezer or ice available (there is a large refrigerator). But, otherwise, this is an amazing property. Honestly, it is so beautiful if I owned it I'm not sure I would ever leave!!!

This was our second time staying at this home. They did an amazing job with the remodel since the last time we stayed there. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We've stayed in this property before, but the renovation just blew us away. The kitchen and dining room are just gorgeous and the four bedroom suites and beautiful. This helped our group since there were plenty of places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The huge fridge was incredible. The location is wonderful. The property manager always answers promptly. The only thing missing was a freezer.

We are two 70 parents who spent a week between Christmas and New Years with our two grown sons and their families. Ten people, all adults teens and one “tween”. This turned out to be a great property for us. Living room with big sectional and TV for adults to watch sports, movies etc. We set up a video projector and screen in large room off the kitchen as “kids” getaway for video games etc. Lots of rooms and glass wall with wide open view in living room were great. Property is out in the country with nearby stores for groceries and necessities and lots of amenities, shopping and attractions within an hour’s drive. Attentive management and clean. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family coming together in a centralized location for Thanksgiving! We had four generations represented! This home had plenty of room for the 12 of us! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Large property with great amount of bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking beautiful views of Kentucky landscape. Loved seeing sunrises, sunsets, turkeys & cows from the balcony or front porch. Slightly disappointed in the lack of cleanliness throughout the house. Much of the items in the home are rather dated, ie…televisions, kitchen appliances and other kitchen essentials. Otherwise, we all had a great time.

I loved the layout of the house! It was nice to have two bedrooms off by themselves, so my kids didn’t wake everyone else up. The pool was amazing! Everyone that came with us loved it. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The house is huge! Very well furnished. We rented because of the pool and we were not disappointed. A bonus was the view. Our vacation could not have been better. We had a fantastic time.

We had four couples for a weekend getaway. This year was our third year for staying at Holland Farms. The property is ideal for our size group with plenty of bedrooms and neat common areas. The pool is the biggest attraction for our group and it is where we spend the most time. We have already booked Holland Farms again for our weekend getaway next summer.

All we expected and even more. Very helpful check in and immediate response with a few questions. Pool, nature, farm animals, gold, Ark Encounter, wineries, Beans donuts.
