Newly-remodeled, family & dog-friendly house w/private pool spa & outdoor pool

Property is nicely maintained and well equipped. Property management through Vacasa was a nice benefit since they’re so professional. Two downsides - we really wanted a shady spot to hang out during the day (was a criteria for property selection) this showed it had big sail shades out back and a comfy couch but neither were on property. Also the pool heater went out twice during our stay even though we paid 100 a day for it. Maintenance came to fix but it was a hassle to deal with.

The house worked great for the three of us. There was plenty of room and the house was well stocked. The location was very convenient. The only downside was that the pool broke after the heat was turned on. The pool was heated for a day but the next day the spa and heater broke.

We spent a week at this property and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The place was extremely clean when we arrived. It is tastefully furnished - inside and out - and the beds were very comfortable. The instructions booklet covered everything we could think of, including the washer/dryer, TVs, etc. It was extremely impressive how well-equipped the property was. Everything we needed was provided for, such as board games, sunscreen, kitchen tools, batteries, media adapters, and so on. There was even a blackout during our stay that lasted for several hours, but the host had provided candles and flashlights. I would not hesitate to choose this property again in the future.

This property provided just the getaway my partner, good friend, and I needed to rest and recharge. The back yard is very spacious which was perfect for meditation and our service dog, Jazz!! Recommend heating the pool as this space has a wonderful jacuzzi hot tub that finished off our trip with a splash. This place was so cozy, we barely left! Thank you Palm Springs delightful modern space with a throw-back twist. Would return again!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. Family friendly and dog friendly. Overall great space. However I contacted management through Vrbo message about getting the pool heated for my stay and it did not happen. I called upon arrival because the pool was super cold (spring break) and they said that I should have called instead of sending messages through the Vrbo app. I didn’t know. They couldn’t hear it up now since the pool takes a while to heat up. So they compensated $50 for my inconvenience. Pool was still too cold for my stay so we used the hot tub (lukewarm tub) I stead. Then on the morning of check out, gardeners showed up at 7:30am to wake us all up. They were in the front and even the back yard so pool was out of the question for that morning. I called management again and they said they would forward the info to whoever was in charge of the grounds. I just packed up and left. The place was great. If only those two things had been taken care of by management, my stay would have been perfect.

We started off with being told that we couldn’t check in early (which is totally fine) due to a cleaning crew, but when we arrived it didn’t seem like they did a good job. A large shade overhang device was broken outside, the pool was so dirty and unusable (there were plastic cups, styrofoam plate and even a cocktail shrimp at the bottom), the trash and recycling bins were overflowing, shower handle in the master bath was rusted off so you can’t use the rain shower, many flies in the kitchen and family room and a ton of ants in the master bath. We did speak with someone and they gave us a refund of all the fees. A pool guy did come out that day in the early evening to clean the pool for us. The house was okay throughout the stay but each day it seemed like there was something new. We came from another VRBO house that was immaculate and gave us no issues, so we definitely know that there is better out there and wouldn’t stay here again.

The house is in great shape. Everything looks new and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked of the utensils needed for home cooking. The pool is small but, worked for our small family. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. Was perfect for visiting our family who live in Desert Hit Springs. Place was really cute, stocked with everything and super clean.
