Stayed Nov 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this property over Thanksgiving holiday while in town visiting family. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout is spacious and convenient. The manager/owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Everything at the property was exactly as pictured. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The house is very well-kept and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were lucky enough to enjoy the back patio area during our visit, which is very private and peaceful. This is as the perfect “home base” for our family while we visited other family members who have down-sized and no longer have room to host our family of 5. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Katie is very thoughtful as a hostess. We came for a family wedding. Siblings 60 to 72 and our 97 year old mom stayed at the house. Everyone was very comfortable during our 4 night stay. The house is well equipped and very clean. Communication was always prompt and helpful. A Dillons grocery store is nearby. A Walmart was also nearby.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We came to Hutchinson for a family get together meeting up from 3 different states. We needed a place big enough for out family of 4 plus 2 more coming in from California. The house is in a great location, very quiet and close to where we needed to be. Very well maintained and clean property. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We came out to see family in Hutchinson, and had an amazing stay at this home. It is completely renovated inside with incredible design, decor and amenities. All the beds a comfortable, with very soft linens, comforters and pillows. The air conditioner works so good. The layout of the home is just right and very cozy! We will be back and book again. Stayed Jun 7, 2024This house was perfect for relaxing and cooling off between softball games. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and was very close to a grocery store for meals and snacks. Lots of space for everyone and the teens loved having the basement to themselves. Better than a hotel any day!
