The apartment was an excellent place for us to stay and it was a good experience. The apartment was clean and attractive with all the amenities to make it a comfortable place to stay for three nights. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into to making the apartment welcoming and attractive. We were very pleased with our experience.

This is a very nice property. We had a high school (we've been out of school for a number of years) girls weekend. We came from Australia, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Kansas to be together. The location was perfect for us. The owners were very accommodating, prompt in our communications, and made the most delicious brownies for us. I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Arthur and Lil for making our get together the best!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay atn Hutch Haven of Rest! Every thing was exactly as the photos portrayed, down to the coffee bar and comfortable furnishing.There was extra blankets plus the host checked to make sure that the temperture was comfortable for us.If this wasn't enough and we would have been happy with just this, there was a very nice welcome card with homemade brownies that were beyond words in the yummy factor.This haven will be my first choice and has renewed my hope in the Vrbo experience.If I could give a 10 star review I would!

Lil very easy to work with in accommodating. Brownies were wonderful touch. Apartment was decorated very cute and beds we’re super comfortable. Very welcoming!Somehow, I missed the fact that it was a downstairs apartment with the owner living upstairs! Other than that, it was great.

While we didn't stay long, as we were only in town for a wedding, the house was very clean and Lil had treats set aside for us. They are quick to respond with any messages we had for questions.

Lil is absolutely a great host who was easy to work with. Made sure we were comfortable, the place was great and it was a super easy process to check in and out. I will definitely be staying again.

Had a great stay with family for the KS State Fair. Lil's place was as pictured/described with plenty of space and privacy. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all of the extra touches that it included (phone charging stations, noise machines, coffee, homemade brownies, etc).

We were in town because my daughter was showing horses at the State Fair and we wanted something other than a hotel room that can be hard to relax in with all the outside noise. We found exactly what we were looking for with this property. Quite neighborhood just minutes from the fairgrounds. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The coffee bar was an added bonus in the morning and the fresh made brownies to welcome us was a nice treat also. My husband really enjoyed having his coffee on the back patio each morning too. The owners checked in on us through VRBO a few times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We will for sure book here again if ever back in town. Thank you for your great hospitality.

They had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the multiple devices phone chargers in every room. White noise machines in the bedrooms. Snacks and water bottles. Just be aware it is in a basement so if stairs are an issue you may want to find another place. I would stay again.

Very clean, easy to get to, easy to enter premises, lots of extras like coffee, sugar, had home made brownies for us, water in fridge, living room and bed room's had a charger for cell phones, fans in living room and bedrooms, snacks, Q-tips, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, extra blankets in living room to curl up in while watching tv, sound machines in each bedroom for sleeping, had nice pillows both soft and firmer ones to choose from. It was very comfy there.
