Newly Remodeled Beach Home close to shops, restaurants, boating, fishing & golf!

Beautiful and spacious home with private beach access. The kitchen has everything you need. This home was perfect for our extended family of 10 to spend Christmas. We enjoyed sitting at the beach while our teens body boarded and jumped waves. The sunrise was gorgeous. We will stay again. Sarah was very responsive and the perfect host!

The Beach House was a wonderful location for our family gathering.

We have stayed at many wonderful Vrbo, but this owner was the kindest and easiest to communicate with owner we have come across! The home was lovely, clean, excellent location, with lots of little extras that made our trip that much better. We would, without a doubt, stay here again!!

BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! We had an amazing time with family celebrating a 51st birthday. This home is immaculately clean, completely stocked for anything you want to cook or do. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you'd need. Beds are comfy, also it's well stocked with beach chairs and beach towels! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time! Loved our stay. It was like staying at your own home as far as comfy and cozy. Thank you Sarah for great communication and all your help and allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!! We hope to come back soon!

This beach property was everything we hoped for and more! The home was clean, cozy, and just steps from the ocean. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins right from the shore and found sand dollars while walking along the beach… truly magical! The location is peaceful and close to St. Augustine. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was seamless. We made memories we’ll never forget!

Had an amazing trip! All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything else you would ever need is there. Kids and adults loved the play room. Adults loved the porch to watch the kids in the yard and sunrise with a cup of coffee.Even got to see a Sea Turtle lay eggs and watch a nest of Sea Turtles be born and make their way to the water. The circle of life. God's blessings!

This was the best house we’ve ever stayed. Host is great to deal with, and very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommended and would definitely love to go back.

This place was absolutely perfect! Part of me doesn’t even want to leave a review because I’d love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that just wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful owners. The house is truly a dollhouse, filled with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything very clean, and the hot tub was such a treat. We especially loved relaxing on the covered porch, watching the waves roll in from the shade. And the location right on the beach with such an easy walk made it all even more amazing. We will definitely be back for another stay at this lovely home.

My family had a small reunion here at this beautiful house and had an amazing weekend. Great location walking right out to the beach, St. Augustine and shopping was a short drive away, and the house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our weekend, the beach, and the sunrises. It’s a great place and the owner was super helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before Sarah became the new owner. They have done an amazing job remodeling and so many nice upgrades. The house has all you need. The views are amazing and you walk out the back door right to the beach. Communication was so easy with Sarah. We will definitely book again.

The pictures don't do this house justice. The house is beautifully decorated and much larger than the pictures make it seem. We walked in and our jaws hit the floor. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'd ever need. I saw dolphins everyday while washing dishes. The double washer/dryer made keeping towels fresh and clean an easy task. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are stocked with linens and lovely smelling soap/ shampoo which was very convenient. The living area has very comfortable seating and a great tv. The porch was a great place to have family dinners or to sip coffee while watching the sun rise. The house is fully stocked for traveling with little ones. They had 3 pack n plays, a high chair, baby gate, and even toys for babies. They also had board games, books, and other toys for young and old alike, not to mention the entire game room on the first floor with a pool table and arcade games. They had plenty of beach toys as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats, sand buckets, shovels, etc. are all there ready to be used. The hot tub was a luxury especially on cooler evenings or after long swims in the ocean. This house was a family vacation dream come true. There wasn't a missing detail in the whole house. You will not be disappointed staying here for your next vacation. We hope to return soon!

We had 12 female adults for a long weekend and could not have asked for a better home if we tried! The turf area was perfect for our private yoga session. Sarah was the most communicative host I have ever worked with. She has thought of everything for her house. You can tell it’s not just a flipped house for rentals but truly a home curated in a way to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. Great house for kids as well! Several from our group plan on booking again for their families. Pictures do not do this place justice! It exceeds “picture perfect”.

Can’t beat it for sunrises and quiet walks on the beach. Look forward to staying again sometime.

A great beach house - very well appointed - very good beds, quality linens and towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Very beautifully decorated with sweeping beach view upstairs. Generous covered porch upstairs with table and comfortable lounge seating. VERY easy and direct beach access. All the beach apparatus you could need. The beach in this spot is particularly nice - wide and flat. In our case it was four adults and worked perfect for that - one of the extra bedrooms made a great office. Would be perfect place to stay for two families with kids who can sleep downstairs on their own.

Very nice property! Everything was perfect except the weather! A little chilly but that’s out of everyone’s control! Still had lots of fun!

We loved our stay here. By far the most stocked Vrbo I’ve stayed at. Super comfy and Sarah was great to work with in accommodating my 40th birthday party. Highly recommend this property and would happily return.

Beautiful spot with all the amenities of home sweet home !

Spent the weekend with 7 friends from college I’ve known since the mid 1990’s. This house had everything we needed to relax, share stories, laugh and have fun. Thank you, Sarah, for providing all the little stuff that saves a quick trip to the store as soon as you arrive. The weather was beautiful and the back patio morning coffee watching the sun rise was icing on the cake.

My husband and I hosted our intimate wedding here and everything was amazing. The house is super clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need, including games and beds/highchairs for a little one. The location of the house is perfect for watching the sunrise and close to downtown Saint Augustine. Sarah was quick with responses and even left us a thoughtful gift for our wedding the day we arrived. We are local to Saint Augustine but will definitely be back to stay any time we could use a little staycation.

The house was better than I anticipated. From communication with Sarah, to the location, the beach, the beds, the house…all were above and beyond what was expected. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The house gave us room to cook and eat together and hang out but was also set up in a way that allowed folks to have private time. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Even hurricane Debby gave us a show of waves and rain! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach. We really appreciated the double washer and dryer sets. We did a load or 2 every day. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Florida.

This house is a gem. So many beds which are so comfortable! The house decor is so cute… we were reverse googling images just so we could buy some of the same! The beach is so beautiful, view from the porch is priceless, and the waves so big. You can even hear them when falling asleep. The house/kitchen is packed with everything you would ever need. Extra fridge in the game room downstairs is so key! Beach chairs etc were in great condition! So close to St. Augustine and supermarket just 10 minutes away. Alligator farm was great for kids and marineland to swim with dolphins was driveable as well! So many wonderful memories were made! Sarah, the host is amazing as well! Very quick and efficient responses when needed. One note… the grill is a bit weak and it took a lot longer to grill food than expected, so take note when planning meals.

Our stay was so enjoyable! The house was perfect for us. Accommodated us nicely. Roomy living area. Well stocked kitchen. Plentiful bath and beach linens. Labeling on wall switches was great!! Bedroom furnishing configurations served us well! Fun in the game room! Love the location of the house! Felt as though we had our own private beach! Only suggestion: Provide mirrors in one queen and full bedrooms...maybe on back of closet doors. Would love to stay there again!!
