The neighborhood is a neighborhood in transition from older run down homes to newer updated homes so the area is a little rough but a good location between downtown and the AT and T center. When we checked into the unit they must of had a break In because they had just repaired the front door jamb and casing.because the paint was still wet and got on my daughters clothing. After doing the reservation though the VRBO app the owners still requested me to send them a front and back photo of my credit card and a photo of my drivers license which I found kind of odd because I have never had this request before from the other homes I have rented through the app.
