Newly Refurbished 4 Bedroom Detached House

A great property, well equipped and well situated with good dining options a short walk away. Our stay was detracted by no welcome booklet (last guest spilt something on it), one bed not usable (dirty sheets) and a lack of communicated via online portal. We would definitely give it another go in the future those as are relatively easy fixes.

A beautiful house with lots of space, beds very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen clean and well equipped. Quite a distance from bath (1hour walk from station) so we took Uber, Tescos a 10 minute walk away, bus hourly on Sundays. Hugh comfy sofa decorations fabulous we had a great stay.

This house is fabulous! Renovated bathrooms with heated floors are AMAZING, new kitchen with great facilities, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, awesome storage spaces, modern and funky decor. A very cool place to stay.

The house was really clean throughout, and was the perfect place as our base ahead of our family get together. Lovely and warm on arrival, there was plenty of info from the hosts about Bath. 1 minor issue. Toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose when we arrived. Other than that, can't fault it. Thanks!

On the downside the heating was a little hit and miss! Floors were very noisy and the blind cords very flimsy. The frontdoor was difficult to close from the outside. Some interesting features for younger people but older visitors would appreciate more comfortable armchairs. Having said all that we did enjoy our stay.

Loved staying at this property... so close to the sites in Bath, but also for shopping for groceries to fix dinner. Well appointed and good kitchen setup.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect! The only issue was the lateness of the access information but when explained that the info was given out on the day of arrival all went smoothly. Thank you Francesca, we will be back!😀

Spacious property , very well placed for a visit to the centre of Bath. Very comfortable in accommodating our group of five adults and three children.

Stayed here for 1 night this weekend with 6 others - lovely property with modern decor & all basic amenities we needed. Beautifully presented with lovely extra touches of the towels with chocolates on each bed! Lovely outside area also - we had a great stay here thanks & hopefully will be coming back!

Lovely property, very clean, great space for all our family, we had a 5 year old to a 87. There aren’t many photos, but all the bedrooms were really nice, and a great dining table to sit all. Only constructive feedback would be a normal height sofa. Would recommend and would book again.

Spacious, clean and well equipped house, ideal for our reunion. Plenty of off road parking, rear garden with patio area and furniture.
