Newly redecorated home with private pool, spa & outdoor kitchen

Good location. Great space.

The residence itself is a beautiful and well-furnished but, very spare in decoration. There were a few shortcomings, however, to the house that we wished could have been different. First, there were just enough dishes and utensils for four people. Second, there was no plastic spatula to cook with so we had to use a large metal one that seemed more appropriate for a barbecue. Our Vacasa experience was not good. I completed Vacasa's pre-arrival form & held a video call before my arrival to validate my identity so I could go directly to the home w/o visiting their office. But their instructions and entry code didn't work and no answer at the local or national phone number. We had to go to the local office and get a new code and revised instructions. Wasted time.We paid 300 for the spa/pool to be heated, but neither was heated upon arrival. It took almost 3 days for the issue to get fixed. The pool needs over half a day to heat, so we effectively only had access to a heated pool for one full day. I told the house manager that we deserve a fully prorated refund for the heating AND house rental. After we received only a 2-day heating refund, my appeal was declined.In short, we liked the house but wont deal with Vacasa again.They squandered valuable time with no urgency to fix things.Having only 4 coffee mugs, no spatula, and barely enough plates for one meal is a conscious management decision. Let alone providing an insufficient refund for their own ineptitude.

The property was wonderful, if I were to stay again I would certainly ask the temperature of the pool. I did not want to pay to heat if it were a temperature that was acceptable to our family. I should have paid to have it heated! We also cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen was not stocked well at all with silverware and glasses, that was disappointing! The space was great, it could a fresh coat of paint on the inside and a new front door finish!

The house was super clean and much bigger than anticipated. It was a lovely home. The one downside was that the pool was dirty. There were a ton of leaves and debris in the pool (which is normal with winds) but the pool skimmer was broken so we couldn’t clean it out. O

We have stayed at several properties in Palm Springs and had a wonderful experience. This property was not one of them. Starting with a peeling front door and a hole that looks like it was patched by a blind monkey. Then the pool looked green & not very clean. We didn't realize that we had to request the pool be warmed BEFORE we arrived. When I contacted Vacasa (4 times)property management they would NOT work with us to warm it up. They stated that it takes at least 48 hours. When I asked about the spa being heated it was the same answer. I told them spa's do not take 48 hours to heat.They would not budge on their policy, so we had a freezing cold pool. It was also super windy, so it felt even colder getting out of the water.Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. There are no pool floats, however, there were some pool noodles. Had very disappointed kiddos!!

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in April, and our son, his wife and son were able to join us for two days and two nights. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the convenient location. It's in a quiet neighborhood but within 10 minutes of all the popular restaurants and shops.

Excellent place… great pool and hottub!!!

Ok first of all this house doesn’t have a single dresser in it. Am I supposed to hand my socks and underwear in the closet? Also the pool heater clause is RIDICULOUS. 90 a day. Of course anyone who books the property is going to want to use the pool so why is it tiny writing that is easy to miss that you need to let them know if you want the pool and hot tub heated. Why isn’t it part of the checkin process when they call you and email you to sign the city ordinance to verify if you want to use the pool? And of course once you check in it’s too late to have it turned on and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of someone if you have a problem. We had really sad kids :(

Good size for family of four. Good location. Wish it wasn't so expensive to heat the pool and it was too cold to use. Check in was a little confusing with cars and such, but overall, it was good stay. Would recommend.

The house and location are perfectly fine, a typical vacation rental. However, the fee charged to heat the hot tub or pool (both isn't an option) is ridiculous. In November, the pool was too cold to even stick our feet in. It'll only get colder until summer.

The house is on the older side, but the pool has very obviously been updated and is gorgeous. We booked a stay in May- not sure how the weather is typically but the back yard/pool area was basically a tornado every afternoon/evening lol. (Ps… everyone should definitely spring for the heated pool- we didn’t, and it was SO COLD but still enjoyable in the afternoon sun). The master bedroom was very spacious with its own bathroom; the 2 other rooms both very basic and very small. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a group. The house is within 10-15 min of the airport, downtown/restaurants/bars, and the aerial tramway, so def a convenient location. Overall, the house could’ve used some updates but the backyard/pool kind of helped even that out (excellent grill as well!).
