Newly owned and updated Villa with private htd pool/hot tub, next to the river

Our host, Inga, was so gracious. The home was immaculate. We had a fantastic stay and would rent again!!

This was a great house. Fully equipped with everything you need! Plenty of space for our family of 7. Four adults and three kids. Location was great for beaches and tours. Kids loved the pool and plenty of seating outside. Will definitely book again!

House was very clean and peaceful. Plenty of amenities for kitchen and bath. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Lots of great places to eat nearby and we drove about an hour away and rode fan boats and saw alligators. Would 100% come back

We stayed February and March of this year and couldn’t have been more pleased with this dog-friendly home and it’s amenities. EVERYTHING you could possibly need was there - a fully stocked kitchen (high quality pans, utensils, small appliances), TVs in every room, comfortable furniture and a beautiful lanai and heated pool and spa, and Tempurpedic beds in both master bedrooms! Two bikes (lots of bike paths in Bonita and Naples) and two kayaks also available to launch at the end of the street - yes, the gated neighborhood has its own kayak launch! Local Bonita YMCA, Publix, and a nice dog park just down the street as well. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate. We have already booked for next year. The best seasonal rental we have had since we’ve had since coming down the last 10+ years. You can’t go wrong with this one! Thank you, Inga!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It is tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. There are brand new appliances and the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the outdoor seating area, which has great loungers. The house is located in a quiet gated community, with easy access to everything. Thank you Inga for a wonderful stay!

This property was just as advertised. Newer to the VRBO market it seems but a gracious host with very good communication was the first impression. We booked here for a short extended weekend after our initial plans were derailed by damage to our home in Bonita Bay from the storm surge related to Hurricane Ian. The property is beautiful. The house is located in a gated community. Easy access from Terry to Tamiami and the pipeline from Ft Myers/Estero down through Naples. Property was very clean and equipped with nearly everything you could want. A Keurig was the only item we have come to expect with such rentals that was not present, but a drip coffee machine was available for use. The spa was heated from 6p-10p and that might be something to discuss with the owner/manager about adjusting if needed. The pool was nice. The pool area is very nice. We spent most of our days out and about, so can't speak to whether or not sunbathing is great here or not. It is covered with a lanai and keeps all the bugs out. There is also a covered area in the back which allowed you to be outside even if raining. A nice touch was the robes available for us in all the bedrooms. All the usual modern amenities are present (dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances). Plenty of kitchen essentials such as dishwater and silverware, cups, etc. Plenty of bath towels as well. We didn't use the common community area or access to the water in the community but apparently a couple Kayaks were available though we didn't partake. Overall this was an A+ experience, 5 stars, and would rent again in the future. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!
