Newly Listed Home with Community Pool, Screened-in Porch and Grill

Property was absolutely gorgeous! We have stayed in this area before and we loved how close to the beach we were. The back screen in porch was our favorite. With the swing and tv we were able to hang out at night and watch a movie with the kids. One night we were even able to hear the live music from the coffee shop. The three bedrooms and three baths were great too. Tips for owners would be to include a broom and a dustpan. There was a small dirt devil but wish I had a broom.

I gave a 5 star in accuracy of location, however the pictures online do not do this home justice. This home is absolutely beautiful. Very well laid out and an amazing porch for early morning coffee drinking or nighttime reading and relaxing. The home comes complete with a gorgeous kitchen. I only wished we could stay longer so I can use it. Location is absolutely perfect a short walk to the beach. Pricing is high but the home is worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little bungalow. We loved the porch and proximity to the beach.

Beautiful location and looks just like the pictures. But it should be explained that while you’re given a code to get on the beach and it’s a quick walk, you will not be able to set up where you walk on the beach. We were immediately directed down beach as we are from across the street and that beach is for those who own/rent on the beach. It was a hike to get to the area we were allowed to sit on. The place was fine but would have been better if it had some comforts that every Airbnb we’ve stayed at has; such as salt and pepper, sugar as well as a garbage bag for each day you’re renting. 2 garbage bags and one roll of paper towels when other places offer so many more amenities means we will rent somewhere else nex

Everything about this place is awesome! About a 5 minute or less walk from doorstep to the beach. We loved the quiet beach community. The house was very clean and it is well kept. We also loved how shady the lot is. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. This place is one of the few places we found that allowed our great dane. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

Second year to return to this magical little cottage. Very close to beach, gorgeous decor and convenient snack/bar along the way to the beach!

The cottage was cozy and had ample space for 6 people and is was well equipped for making our own meals. We loved the porch swing and back patio. The heated pool is close by and was a great addition. The cafe at the end of the street had great popsicles and iced coffee.Our only issue was beach access. We used the code provided to access the beach gate and set up at the bottom of the stairs along the beach. A man came by and said we on private property and were trespassing unless we paid 70/day/chair and made us leave. It was embarrassing and unexpected. We had to pack up and leave. I explained that we had a code for the beach access, but he didn’t care and told us 4 times that we were trespassing.

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful cottage! Lovely neighborhood, so close to the beach! Everything was exactly as described and the host was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!!
