Our home offers a comfortable stay for anyone looking for relaxation and walkability to everything you need. The private back paver patio features a gas grill, dining table, outdoor shower, and cozy lounge space for a morning coffee. Our goal is to create a space where you can truly relax.

Stayed Sep 14, 2025Very accommodating, great area and close to the beach. A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice. We don’t eat out, so we could have used more items to prepare our meals. Otherwise a great three weeks.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This property is exactly as its pictured. There is a coffee maker and Keurig, and a good selection of KCups. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, and utensils. There is a shed in the back that has a few beach chairs and sand toys. The beds were super comfortable and very clean. It is a .17 mile walk from the front door of the property to the beach. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed May 24, 2025We have been coming to Mexico beach for a long time and sadly for us our favorite place was washed away. Yet now we have found a new favorite place. The place was clean and immediately felt like home! We didn’t need for anything, and if we did Corey and the crew were there to help immediately. The place is so nice I thought it was brand new, only to discover it has been there about 4 years. Needless to say the next time we head to Mexico Beach, we will check availability here first!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025The property was exactly as listed and perfect for our group. I can’t think of anything I disliked about it. It’s maybe a 4-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, and the area is much less populated than the Panama City area. In addition to the property the manager who helped us, Corey, was responsive and helpful. We want to visit again soon.
