Newly Furnished, Entire Home, Pool House

We were in town to visit family, and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, plenty of space, lots of towels, and the pool table and backyard are great places to hang out. Communication was great, with instant responses to any question.

The house was nice ! it had everything to offer that we needed. The pool is unheated so we could not use it, but overall it was perfect for our few day stay.

my family and I stayed here, we found it to be very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. I didnt have time to use the pool this trip, but maybe next time!!

We liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to the freeway. It was nice having three private bedrooms. The wifi was good. Nice and close to Trader Joes for sundry items. Off street parking was an advantage. Nothing fancy, though. Just a basic house with basic furnishings.

Perfect for a quick trip to bring my daughter back from school. close to airport and attractions.

Property was very nice, home had everything you could need or forgot. Would stay here again. It was too cold to swim but pool looked nice. 10 to 15 minute drive to universal on the weekend.

This house is not in pristine condition and, in some areas, is in need of small adjustments. There are no major issues though and communication with the Host and the willingness of them to help in any way more than made up for any real or perceived shortcomings. We would definitely stay again in this property.

Definitely worth it. We had a great time. Beautiful house in a great and quiet neighborhood. 200% recommended. Now we know where to stay every time we go to LA

Great home for the family close to a lot of convinent places to eat and to get around. Universal was not a challenge to get to being so close.

Lovely place to stay very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it and enjoyed there stay, it’s a great place to stay because this is very spacious and the neighborhood seems lovely peaceful. I truly recommend it for a family vacation trip..

Owner was responsive throughout questions during all points of contact. House was spacious with the perfect amount of supplies to make a comfortable stay. Weather a little too cool to enjoy pool and couldn’t find light switch for outside.

We enjoyed our four day stay! We were not able to enjoy the saltwater pool, but we did enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

The home was very cozy, clean, and our family loved the pool. We stayed a week, so the washer and dryer were also very convenient. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and there was a good variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would recommend this home to others looking to stay in this area.

The holiday home has everything you need. It is located in a clean, quiet and safe residential area. We had a really good time and I can only recommend it.
