*Newly Built* w/ HTD Pool, Cabana, BBQ

My family of six (to young boys, my husband, my father, my sister, and myself) stayed for three days and it was the highlight for the boys especially. The backyard was by far our favorite. The boys played in the pool all day while the adults were able to have their pick of comfy lounge furniture to read and watch them. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, especially the pool. The host was over the top kind and accommodating, with just the right amount of communication. We were there for my daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place to relax. Great stay.

I picked this property for the privacy and convienences, nicely furnished and enjoyed the property. We had a late checkin due to a red carpet event. I would recommend a address number on the front gate for evening check-in.We never got the garage code to work, the garage remote was fine. Over-all we had a lovely time.

The house was very cozy and welcoming when we arrived. Great location for universal studios but also to check out the beach as well. Very great communication from the owner constantly.

We stayed at this home for a week as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. Both the kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is exactly as described: well-equipped, clean, and very well maintained. Our host, Shawn, was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, quickly addressing any questions we had. He also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

There were 6 of us with 2 minors and we all had a great time. Having trader Joe's within walking distance was very nice. House was very clean and the backyard and pool was very nice. Communication with host was great. Will stay here again when we come back

Great house, close to shops and main roads. We loved the pool and the yard had many areas to hang out. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean

This was the perfect location and outdoor retreat that fit our family vacation needs. We had a wonderful time swimming and hanging out in the beautiful Oasis backyard. Incredible communication from the host was much appreciated. We pointed out a few concerns and they were promptly dealt with. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a little issue with the water heater, but due to good communication with the property manager, this issue was resolved as soon as possible.It was a great and comfortable stay.

We booked this house VERY last minute (literally the day before) for an early Christmas/birthday friends & family gathering when it became clear that the headcount had outgrown our place. We feel so blessed to have found this local Encino gem and Shawn’s team!The house was well appointed and thoughtfully stocked with everything you would want and need. The 4-BRs gave our 8 overnight guests plenty of room to comfortably sleep and lounge around. And the entire house was spotlessly clean! While we couldn’t fully use the pool as we didn’t have enough time to thoroughly heat it up (takes at least a full day), some of the kids did bravely jump in. With plenty of pool towels and a steamy rainfall shower afterwards, the cold was immediately negated and juicy burgers hot off the grill were enjoyed by all. Shawn’s team at LALuxuryBNB were professional and promptly answered all our questions. Check-in/out instructions were clear and thorough. I live locally and didn’t need “tourist” help but I’m sure Shawn would bend over backwards to lend a helpful hand in being your virtual tour guide of Los Angeles.We look forward to staying here again in the summer to take advantage of the amazing backyard space. My kids loved the house so much they asked if we could move in! The place was very clean, up to date appliances ,and had a great back yard with heated pool

Unfortunately weather was too cool to make use of the pool. The layout of the house worked good for the group we were with. We tried to use the grill for a cookout but it would not cook the burgers & brats. The gas tank was full & the grill stayed lit just wouldn’t get to a temp to grill the food.

We rented this house for a family trip to universal. The house was warm and inviting. We had 10 people stay- the kids loved sharing the bunk bed room! The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed- much better than other VRBO properties we have rented in the past. But most of all, I loved the backyard. It was an oasis! Nice pool, beautiful pergola and outdoor bed, and an outdoor TV. And Shawn was easy to communicate with prior to and throughout our stay. Wish we had more time to spend there. Would def rent here and recommend to others! Thank you!

If you have a group this is the place to stay! Plenty of beds and privacy for all. The house is clean and has everything you need. Property managers are quick to respond and help with any requests. I would highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect nothing but great things to say even when messaging fast respond and help us with finding horse back riding and zipline company everything we needed was the house clean had enough towels felt very comfortable the only thing was the dry did not dry it took a couple of times for stuff my daughter loved it it was close to everything and the pool was great to dry

I was really pleased with my stay. The house was super clean and super cute - outdoor area very cozy. I had to work some so it was nice to have a desk to set up. House had absolutely everything you need. Shawn was super responsive and even reached out to ask if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!
