Stayed Dec 3, 2025This was such a great property! Clean & spacious, and just minutes away from a ton of great places like Gym Tacos, Mezcalitos, etc. And the hosts were so responsive when we had questions! Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The home was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive. Any question we had was answered right away and they seemed very invested in making sure we had a good stay. Also the kitchen was better stocked than most places I have stayed and leaving water and snacks for guests was a very nice touch!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025My family and I were visiting the Durham area for a wedding. Booked a 4 day stay in the BEAUTIFUL newley built home! They left no stone unturned. The pictures does this house no justice! Absolutely beautiful and clean! They provided us with EVERYTHING! The snacks were a hit with my teenagers! Location was close to everything shopping, dining and the major universities! Very nice area to relax on the porch after a long day of running around. The host communicated and checked in to make sure we were good. Such an awesome experience and i will be staying here on every trip to Durham/Raleigh!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025My family and I stayed at Jason's home for two nights. The pictures is exactly what he posted. The home was beautiful and clean. Very spacious . The neighborhood was quiet besides the traffic on the road which we barely heard. Jason check in each day to make sure everything was going ok and if we needed anything. Jason was a great host. The check in was easy . Jason had plenty of supplies if u needed to cook anything. He also stored snacks and waters and a bottle of wine that was waiting at the kitchen table when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place if im in Durham again i would definitely book this home again!!!
