Newly Built, Furnished, Modern Home w/ Pool!

The host was great. The house was great size, very clean, nice and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be renting here again.

Nice clean place. Pros: clean, quiet, modern appliances, tvs in every roomCons: no access to garage, had 4 vehicles, street parking was somewhat crowded no trash bags, no toilet paper, smoke detectors hanging from ceiling, one started beeping so i had to disconnect it. ice machine on fridge doesn't make ice, middle barstool leg fell off.

Great house for a home base when visiting. Plenty of room and good layout. All the amenities you need are right there.

We had a lovely stay. The property was as decribed and made us feel at home while we were away.

The host was very responsive to any questions. The pool is well kept amd a perfect addition to the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenager) very well. I would stay here again.

Neighborhood was quiet, but location was in the outskirts of the central city. House was clean Communication between the renter and the owner could be improved. It would have been helpful to have the check-in instructions on the day before arrival instead of 20 minutes before check-in time. Host did respond quickly to my questions.

Clean. Need more essential utilities (e.g. hand soap, dishwasher soap, glass wear, etc.).

We had a great time visiting AZ and this house was amazing! Lots of room to spread out and the pool was great! We do with there would have been more pool floaties so we wouldn’t have had to spend money for just a few days. We did end up leaving the ones we bought at the home so hopefully others can get use from them! We also thought it was odd there was not toilet products in the house. I guess I was unaware we had to supply that out selfs, which was a bummer having to purchase that as well when we were only there such a short time. But overall it was a great time and house and I would rent here again!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. It was so clean and the pool was also very clean. We were there 5 days and had everything we needed. Tons of room for everyone and multiple hang out spots so you don’t feel crowded. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get to. Next time we’re in the town this is where we are staying! The house was the correct/comfortable size for our family of 6. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The number of plates/glasses/cups/silverware was minimal. The pots and pans were not clean and were poor quality.

Everything was absolutely perfect. My only complaints was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable but was manageable, the toaster did not work unless u stood beside it and held the leaver down, and I prefer to make coffee with the kuerig pod system rather then drip coffee. Otherwise the property and host was absolutely perfect and clean!

Our family truly had a wonderful stay. The house looked just as advertised, the home was clean, well furnished including tv’s in every bedroom . The pool was clean, and we all enjoyed it daily. We were able to find local stores and restaurants very easily. The time from the airport was reasonable and to Arizona State University was also reasonable.

Rooms are large. Bathrooms nice. Perfect for a home base to visit family in AZ.
