Newly Build Bear Lake Getaway, only for family gatherings

Su was very nice and on top of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our entire family. Looking at it from the outside you would never know how large the home is. It fit us all perfectly. Great stay, great central location. Would definitely stay again.

Property was new and on the south side of Garden city. This home has plenty of beds and a few activities. The foosball and chess table were hits with the family. Checking was a breeze with a door code. Plenty of parking for a few vehicles. A few hiccups with the communication and property but not enough to disrupt our stay and we enjoyed our rental. There was no toiletries so make sure you bring your own. Trash bags and Hand soap being the biggest. Would be nice to have something available to guests. There isn’t a yard to play yard games. Two cement slabs is about it but no yard for kids. Issue with the trash. Only one can that was already full. We were asked to take our trash to a local park and take the garbage can to the curb which was over a gravel drive way. Didn’t feel like that’s the guests responsibility to clean up after previous guests. Did it any ways to try to be a good guest. Interior of the house wasn’t very clean. A lot of bugs and hair and dirt. Could use a better cleaning service. Lastly don’t plan on movies or tv entertainment in this house. One tv in the playroom loft but no seating. Not a big deal but if you have young kids or like to watch movies with the family this isn’t the property. Overall a pleasant stay. A little over priced but good location, plenty of places to sleep and parking.

We came with some friends for a baseball tournament! When we showed up the house had everything we needed. Including a gallon of Milk in the fridge. The beds were nice and comfy and we had plenty of room for everyone.

The property is easy to find and in a great location. Big, clean, comfortable, and the host was a delight. Highly recommend. Note, bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. it was not stocked in the home. Everything else was there and we had a great stay!

Great communication and host very responsive and helpful! Accommodations were great for our family!

The house is brand new and beautiful! There were plenty of beds, bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths for our group of 23. There is a large gathering space consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen. It was perfect for meals, family games and after dinner visiting. Situated within minutes of Bear Lake made water recreation easily accessible.
