Newley Remodeled, Must See. Pet Friendly, 55 and Older Community

Great Host! House was remodeled and very clean. We stayed at a place 1 week before this place and wish we booked the whole time here. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the 101 and amenities. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for us. Visiting our Texas Ranger grandson and it was just under 15 minutes to Surprise stadium. It was VERY clean.Everything was top notch.

Cute place, centrally located for golf and baseball, and close to our friends and family. Quiet neighborhood.

The little home worked perfect for us. We had planned 3 adults and the puppy, our adult daughter and the dog stayed with the grandkids therefore it was just the two of us. We were able to come and go without bother to anyone.I would have given a 5 star rating except for the king bed was extremely high however very comfortable and no towel rack in the bathroom.Thank you for a very pleasant trip.

Clean comfortable house . Kitchen was well stocked

House was clean and cozy. Only stayed 3 nights for celebration of life for family member. Location was within minutes of where we needed to be. Only issue was no extra toilet paper but easily remedied. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was a nice neighborhood and very clean house.

Kitchen was fully equipped and had a spacious fridge. Laundry facilities were excellent. Plenty of towels. Couldn't find how to turn on fireplace, but it was no problem, climate was fine. AC was great. Nice carport, TV & wifi both good, comfy couch.

No, towel rack in the bathroom. No curtain on garage door. Kinda freaky. Couch did not match the picture as advertised ( just an observation). Otherwise, it was very comfortable for Mom and I. Very quiet and relaxing. Just couldn't find the door code on all the emails so needed to call for it.

It was an amazing stay in a wonderful neighborhood where we felt safe. It was a beautiful house with all the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and in good order. The neighborhood was quiet. It was great with two minor exceptions related to laundry. First, the washer's detergent tray wasn't accessible without tilting the sliding door off its rails on one side. I didn't have a problem with it, but I suspect some older or smaller visitors would. Second, the linens were so saturated with scents (presumably from the laundry detergent and fabric softener) that it was difficult to get to sleep. Please consider using fragrance-free laundry products.

This is a wonderful property.Very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with many items. Would definitely stay here again.

Outside not fancy with the inside was absolutely beautiful. Susan I wanted to let you know that the back patio door was unlocked when I got there

We had such a wonderful time on our first visit to Arizona. The house was perfect for the two of us. There was only one downfall - not enough dresser/storage space to put clothes and personals. Maybe a cube dresser in each bedroom closet?? We look forward to our next visit, and will definitely be looking for this one. Thank you

Very well done updated Sun city home. Met all our expectations for comfort and privacy. Instructions on how to operate the TV and Cox remote were needed. They left a number for us to call but we didn’t bother them. We were able to watch local news and weather on the bedroom TV. Very well equipped kitchen!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay in this charming, clean and well stocked home. We were in Sun City to celebrate my Dad’s 91st birthday and had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, however, we did encounter one issue. The main bed (King-sized) in the larger bedroom was rather high and there were no step stools to assist in getting into bed. Unfortunately, we had to use the smaller bedroom with a Queen bed. Not a real issue but don't plan to stay here and use both bedrooms if you are short like I am (5' 4). We did enjoy the recliners built into the couch and appreciated the laundry facilities.

Home was nice. TV had great channel selections, nice appliances and very clean. I would have rated this property a 5 however the back yard needs attention and cleaned up.

Good location for Dodgers spring training. Well maintained and definitely met the needs of my son and myself.

This property was just lovely. It was very welcoming and cozy. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and bake for a company Christmas party. We would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO was perfect. I hosted and cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal there for my family of 4. There was a big screen TV for the football games and a lovely fireplace that generates heat! The owners were very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out! I will stay here again and will recommend to all of my friends. Just perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house is located in a quiet, cute neighborhood that made our trip even more enjoyable. The home itself is clean and beautifully remodeled, offering plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail in making this a welcoming and cozy space. We would definitely recommend staying here again and look forward to booking it for future trips!

This property was a perfect place for my mom and I to stay for a family wedding. The size and location was perfect. The host was welcoming and helpful with any questions and the property was great.

I stayed at this home for about two weeks and I would highly recommend it to anybody. It is a really nice home clean perfect size whether it’s for short terms Stays or long the owner was very respectful and accommodating as well as understanding. I appreciate that in landlords because things do happen in life that we are not in control of, and it’s nice to know that there are still good people out in the world. There are nice parks around & the fact that it’s dog friendly is a plus !! The neighborhood is definitely a safe, quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly as well. The only thing that I would recommend is that the owners put up a fence for the backyard if they’re going to have it a pet friendly property that way they can ensure the tenants pet’s safety aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend staying here if the location is right for you!!! Thank you again to the owners of this property For welcoming my family into their home
