Newer home with Southern Charm that is beautifully decorated in the heart of Downtown Savannah. The location sits 1 to 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, a Grocery store, a liquor store, a Breakfast shop, several restaurants, and is within walking distance or a short Uber to River Street. Enjoy countless applications loaded on each TV for you to stream with unlimited wifi. Have a bigger party than what this location can sleep Just ask about renting the additional garden level apartment as well!

The third floor also features a second & third bedroom with queen beds, a bathroom , and a private balcony. The second floor features a living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry room with a balcony off the back.

Within walking distance to most of Downtown Savannah. Short Uber rides or public transit within walking distance as well.

There is one designated parking spot at the rear of the home that is marked 311 in the parking lot. There is also additional free parking directly in front of the house on the street. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always additional spots directly out front. There is a porch on each floor in the back on the second and third floors. There is also a private balcony at the front of the house off the master bedroom.
