Newer home 1 block from the beach & Prom with fireplace & deck - 2 dogs OK

It was overall very comfortable for our family. Beach, Crabbing and shopping all very close.

Accommodations worked well for our family group of 7. Fenced back yard was nice for our 2 small dogs. The beach was an easy stroll away.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Would be a great house for a large family also.

Lots of space. Kids love the video games in the garage. Great option to kill some time during rainy times.

We had a positive experience. Great communication. Helpful. Family friendly. Second year staying here. The only issue I had was not a lot of laundry detergent and the previous people left food behind, which I was surprised it was not cleaned up before hand. Pet friendly too. Would stay again! Close to the beach. A walk. Other house if family is staying can be away with two people.

This is a perfect house if you are traveling with dogs. There is a high secure fence in the back yard connected to an enclosed laundry room for cleaning them up after playing at the beach, which you are only about two blocks away from. The downstairs is all uncarpeted (stairs leading to upstairs are open and carpeted.) There's a separate mother in law suite. Dog bed in the living room. This was also an excellent location for multiple families. Upstairs with twin beds and a separate TV area was perfect for teens, plus the aforementioned MIL.We enjoyed the open kitchen and dining room table for playing games when the coast weather is as expected for spring. I didn't give 5 stars because the MIL bed is hard as a rock, like multiple other people have commented. Also lack of cooking supplies. No less than most vacation rentals, but example, knife sharpener missing from block, oven but no oven safe trays. We bought and left a new pot because the only one there was non-stick incredibly scratched up.We would stay here again with pups and friends. I hope they read these reviews and fix the bed (although it's perfect for those who like a hard mattress!)

We had an absolutely lovely relaxing time! Loved the fireplace! Cottage was perfect...extra amenities were a nice touch. Couple suggestions...a kettle for tea, pizza pan, and placemats...Cheers, the Vogls...

Bed were to high to get on comfortable.

Had a short weekend in Seaside. This home was perfect for us. Location was fantastic and accommodated our pups very well. Everyone (7 and 2 dogs) who traveled for this trip had plenty of space and loved staying here. We will be back, hopefully longer next time.

This home is perfect for enjoying Seaside. The beach at the end of 12th street is walkable and the home comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The house was super nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well. They had coffee, all the cooking spices you need, and plenty of utensils to cook with. We loved the proximity to the ocean and it was only a short walk to the promenade. We had a great time!!

Only had to walked 3 min to the beach. Enjoyed the ? neighbor.

Felt like home. Fully stocked kitchen. Large choice of coffee. Extra spices. Clean modern home throughout. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Games. Three TVs (but who wants to watch TV when you escaped home for the beach? ). Just a very nice home all around.

Great spot with multiple rooms for a group trip! Nice touches w arcade games and board games ! It was also nice to be able to bring our dog to the beach for the first time (fenced backyard too for dog). Beds were comfy and big table for groups . Great responsiveness from company .
