refilled at the local market ).

**Gated Community Access Permits

** Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per

vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes

directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional

fees, as per PMLA regulations.



**Visiting Yosemite in 2025 Plan Ahead!**

Yosemite requires reservations on peak days for personal vehicle entry. We can

guide you on how to secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, no

worries—daily shuttles leave from Pine Mountain Lake. Message us after booking
