Stayed Nov 7, 2025The house and everything was well-equipped and in good shape. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others for stays in the area. It was too cold for the pool, but it seemed like it would be great in the summer. The hot tub was great on the chilly nights we were there.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The pool was awesome. Our grandkids loved it. It was hard to get them out. The kitchen was also top notch. We made dinner at the house every night and ate outside on the deck. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We rent a lot of VRBO properties and only a few times were really sad to leave. This was one of them. We felt at home here. Mary is an amazing owner who has thought of everything and is incredible to work with. Can’t wait to go back. Great location. We brought our EBikes and biked all over. Yet we did not have to deal with neighbors right next door. Just loved this house and our stay. Thank you Mary

Stayed Jul 26, 2024This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The main rooms were open. The kitchen was well equipped and we did a lot of cooking. The bedrooms facing the pool had sliding doors. The pool was clean and well equipped with toys and lounges. The host provided ingredients for s'mores. They also had beach chairs/umbrellas. Overall a great property. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Inside: The house has new finishes and is VERY clean. The layout and the room configurations make it perfect for multi-generational families (2 masters and a bunk room) or more than one family. The house is also fully stocked and there are so many nice rental touches - a game room for the kids, s’mores kit, beach chairs and cooler, etc. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch. Outside: The property is amazing! It is set back down a tree lined driveway with a large front yard. Our kids enjoyed playing sports and looking for turtles by day and fireflies at night. The back of the property is also large and is surrounded by a nature preserve, so you often see deer walking through. There is lots of privacy and room to explore back there… not to mention the brand new pool, hot tub and fire pit! Mary was so easy to work with, very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Stayed May 26, 2023Our extended family (grandparents and two families with kids 12, 8, 8, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to lovely beaches (some bikeable, others a short drive) and restaurants/market. The house is quite well appointed and the pool, hot tub, fire pit made relaxing a top priority. Thank you for the opportunity to visit!
