New! Walk to the Beach Vacation Beach Bungalow- Plus Golf Cart! and Hot tub

Wonderful!!! This was one of the best stays. It felt like we were in our own private home by the beach. The property was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We loved the gold cart and used it to get to the beautiful quiet nearby beach every single day. The host was very communicative, and made available to us right away. We recommend this place wholeheartedly!!!

Was a little concerned when we pulled up to the house. Neighborhood is a mix of older homes, newer homes, and a few trailers sprinkled in. Only a few blocks from the beach, though!Home itself was nice. All ground level, newer appliances, LG smart TVs in living room and master. Would have liked TVs in all bedrooms, but our adult Daughter and Boyfriend made due. Nice tile throughout with area rugs in key places.Hot tub was a nice addition, as is the electric golf cart for getting to the public beach access.Garage was nice to keep the rental SUV out of the heat. There were some beach toys in garage, which was nice. Beach chairs and towels would have been a bonus.Owner was quick to respond to questions or concerns.Home was clean and decently appointed. Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. Bed in Master was comfortable, as were the nice linens. Could use a few more wash rags, but has nice washer and dryer to get washrags and towels clean.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to friends. All in all a great experience. We like the atmosphere of west PCB and beyond, and this location didn't disappoint. Wife and I agree this was our best vacation to PCB, and we've been coming for 13 years. This house definitely aided in this great vacation!

My family felt right at home. Very welcoming. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The fenced in back yard gave us complete privacy. The golf cart made it easy going back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year for sure.

The stay was excellent. Beautiful home and only minutes from beach. Bonus is the golf cart and you have a hot tub that was awesome! We stayed for a week and had a blast! Great location!

House was very clean and John could not have been more helpful. Convenient to beach, food and shopping but far enough away for peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for our family (including our dog). It was clean and well-stocked and the master bathroom was spectacular! Our teenage daughters loved the proximity to the beach and the fun golf cart, as well!

The golf cart made the trip to the beach very easy. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the back yard/grill. It has everything you’d need from a vacation home.

Communication with the host was great, answered any questions within minutes. The property was located in a great area with access to the beach minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The house was very clean with everything you might need.

It was a nice home in a fair neighborhood, very easy working with the property owner. The golf cart was a major plus but the house was on the far end of the city so everything was a 20 minute drive.

Very nice newer well maintained home in quite PCB neighborhood, close to beach. The golf cart made getting around the area and to and from the beach so easy. Nice 2 car garage. Home well appointed and John the owner was very nice and cooperative to work with. Nice to work with owner and not management company. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog.

Loved the property/house and distance to beach. The golf cart was a huge plus and also being able to bring our 2 dogs. John was a great host and very relaxed!

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at in PCB. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. You are just a minute from the beach and having the golf cart made it easy to get everything to and from the beach. You are close to restaurants and activities but still in a quiet neighborhood which was very peaceful. My dog loved the fenced in backyard where she was able to run around. If you are thinking about booking this place don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it. John, the owner, was extremely kind and very responsive. I will definitely be coming back to stay anytime we’re in PCB.

This was one of the best experiences we have had getting a place on VBRO! The owner is so nice and helpful in answering any questions, and the home was absolutely beautiful. It fit all our needs and more, from the cleanliness, the space, the fenced in back yard, and the use of a golf cart to get us back and forth to the beach. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!♥️
