About 10 minutes away: water-skiing on an artificial lake (Lapalud).

Booking & fees
Stays can be booked from Sunday to Sunday.
If you wish, arrival in the middle of the week (other than Saturday or Sunday) can be arranged, but the full week is due and can be discussed between guest and owner.
Cleaning fee:

Optional cleaning package: €120.
For any stay of less than one week, the cleaning fee is compulsory.
Cleaning is carried out by a professional company for both the interior and exterior of the property.


Linen package (optional):

€35 per person per stay, including bed linen, bath and hand towels, and kitchen towels.
Heated pool:
The pool is heated depending on the weather, in principle from April to October (until the All Saints’ holidays) if needed.
However, if the climate is too cold and the water temperature cannot be raised above about 20°C, the heating will be switched off, as we cannot fully guarantee a comfortable temperature.

For two consecutive weeks of booking, the cleaning fee and linen package are offered.

The property is semi-detached with another holiday home. Each house is independent and private, but both can be rented together by two families or friends, while still keeping their own privacy.
