NEW - Villa San Sorrento

Wasn't permitted to communicate with the host. Sat on the phone for about 40 minutes while being told by AI that I had no bookings.

This house in in a good location and a quiet neighborhood. It was especially well fitted for games and entertainment. We loved the pool and spa, putting green and the game room. Our twin two year olds played on the swings and slide a ton. The house was very tidy and well outfitted for cooking and sleeping.

Overall it was a very nice home very spacious for 7 adults and 2 babies. We really had a great time and Albert was great, he answered my calls right away on the few occasions I called him it definitely gave us peace of mind. We enjoyed everything from the pool and game room as well as the putting green. We definitely want to come back to this vacation home next year.

For starters my stay was not very pleasant here. I had a total of 6 guests the youngest being 1-1/2 years old. We arrived at the house and the Air conditioning was not on. The temp was 115 outside with an inside temp of 98 when we arrived. Not very pleasant to drive for 3-1/2 hours to walk from 115 into a home that's 98. Turned the A/C on and the temp did not drop most of the night. My wife contacted the owner to let him know how hot it was inside and he advised her to turn the A/C down and it should cool off and for her to go take a dip in the pool. That's something he should not be telling people especially the fact my wife does not swim and has health issues so being in a ridiculously hot house, was not pleasant for her or any of us. We should have been able to enjoy a place to stay cool, which was not the case here. Owner pretty much blew us off and blamed his cleaning person for not turning on the air even though he's the property owner/manager and this was due to his negligence, not the cleaning person. That should be one his priorities, especially in that type of heat. We barely got to use the game room due to the heat in there as well. The house stayed in the mid to high 80's most of the weekend and finally dropped to high 70's late Saturday night in to Sunday am which is when we left. The first night was MISERABLE. I got to listen to my family complain about the heat inside the whole time. The property itself is pretty nice and we did enjoy the pool and spa.

Would recommend this property! It is in a great location, with many restaurants and coffee shops around.

The property is in a nice location that’s clean and safe. Easy to get to activities plenty to do for all ages. We had ages 2 to 70 and everyone had a great time.

Stayed here with our family and another family. We made good use of the kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, and especially the small playground and the delightful pool! My favorite part was that the pool is about half shaded by a pergola, which means the kids didn't get fried in the sun while they were out there for hours. What a delightful place - my kid has already asked when we'll be back.

The home was exactly as shown. We had a 10 year old with us and he really enjoyed the pool and game room. Well we all did. Close to the airport and centrally located.

The property provided all of the amenities that we enjoy. Albert, the host, got right back to me if we had questions. I would stay at this property again. We all had a great time & I would highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful experience, there was plenty to do with the pool, mini-golf, and children’s play set! All the amenities made for a great experience.
