Stayed Apr 27, 2026My trip was a mother son one on one trip to come mine for crystals. The location of the house was perfect! It was just down the street from the main street with all the bath houses. We spent most of our time digging at Avant Mining for two days. Found some great treasures. We didn't cook in the house but it seemed pretty well stocked with all the essential items. Loved the history about the house. Parking was super easy, just in front of the house. There are stairs to get up into the house so if you have mobility issues I would think twice. I have bad knees and hips but did ok. Would absolutely stay there again. Sorry we didn't take photos of the house. We were busy digging in the dirt!

Stayed Jan 30, 2026Nice cozy home close to bathhouse row. We were two families staying the weekend for our daughters' cheer competition. The house and location was perfect. Plenty of parking for both our large SUVs. The beds were comfy and showers hot. The cherry on top of our little stay was all the snow, it was cold but oh so beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025My friends and I had a great time staying here for two nights. We easily slept 8 people, and had no issues with space or comfortability. The only issue we ran into is that only one of the four receptacles worked in the kitchen. Mr. Dylan was super quick to respond to any help I needed. Overall, you can't beat the price for a larger group and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 23, 2025The listing stated “Brand new furnishings” but that was years ago. The AC didn’t work at the beginning and the host didn’t answer or return calls but only communicated through the App. After some effort on our part the AC started but Host never checked in on us to make sure it stayed functioning and we were comfortable. The kitchen had very limited amenities and the oven would not come to temperature to bake our pizza. We were 4 people and got 4 towels and that was it. No extra towels for hair or hands. Won’t stay again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We had a group of 5 stay for Derby weekend. Overall it was great! House was extremely clean and met all expectations. Right around the corner from downtown. A few miles from the race track.
