*NEW* Townhouse Bear Lake, Fast WiFi, Boat Parking

Everything was great! The check in went smooth and the host was communicative and helpful. My only suggestion would be to make some fans available for the bedrooms upstairs - they don’t cool off as well as the rest of the house due to the windows.

Pulling in to an unfinished garage with a strange odour was off putting. The decor was nice and the location was great but the housekeeping was substandard. What appeared to be footprints on the duvet cover in the master bedroom and then a closed vent covered in what appeared to look like Mold in the kitchen were definitely off putting. These two nights were very expensive and the expectation of cleanliness was not met. The response to the dirty bedding and the appearance of the kitchen vent was not acceptable nor professional. This townhouse was advertised as *new*.

This property is very well kept and clean. The host responded quickly to out questions. Overall this was a nice property to stay in.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property was beautiful inside and the location was perfect. Our host was very responsive and answered all my questions. She was able to accommodate our early check in request and provided me with helpful suggestions for our stay at Bear Lske.

A great place for six with plenty of room if you have a larger group. Great room upstairs was really nice for football.

This stay was great! The home was very well kept. My family enjoyed the big room upstairs, as well as the view of the Lake from their bedroom windows. The house was clean, and close to everything. Our host was very kind in allowing us to add an additional day to our stay.

This house was beautiful and big and made our bear lake trip so comfortable! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, everything you could think of needing to make your vacation easy and fun! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back!

The home was beautiful, the location was amazing and so close to the lake and town (just a short walk away). The host was amazing. So attentive and replies to messages very quickly.

The Cozy Condo was a great place to stay in the Bear Lake area for our family. It was new, clean, comfortable and the host was a pleasure to work with. It was a perfect!
