New to VRBO-One Particular Marsh-Sunrise Views,Marina Living-Golf Cart Included

Barbie is excellent. Responsive. Beautiful view of the marsh. the Home was exceptionally clean and one of the greatest things there were no insects of any kind in the house and we stayed here for seven days. Very unusual for a coastal home.

We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful condo in a great location. And the view was great! Owners were helpful with any questions. We would stay here again.

It was an absolutely perfect vacation home for my family of four and our small dog. Had everything we needed to prepare our own meals on the nights we decided to eat in. Golf cart is the absolute ideal way to go anywhere on the island and their provided cart was perfect. The views are two fold; awesome sunrises and sunsets in either side of the home to bookend fantastic days on Fripp. Extremely clean, comfortable. I could have spent all day sipping coffee or a cocktail on the back porch. The hosts are fantastic communicators and made sure we were always happy and taken care of. We will absolutely be booking again. Fripp is our happy place. Thank you!!

The view is incredible for sunrises. Super peaceful and perfect for our family. We loved staying by the marina and booked a private boat tour.

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt so cozy and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.The location was great, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

First time to Fripp and fell in LOVE with the Island and this amazing property!! Truly appreciated how safe the Island felt and how super family/kid friendly it was! Tons of walks and golf cat rides with endless roads to explore. I can’t say enough GREAT things about the property! Place was immaculate with a fun beach vibe. Loved the natural sunlight and waking up to the sunrise through the bedroom window each morning. We brought our small dog which was a huge plus and I truly believe he may have enjoyed this vacation the most! Barbie was extremely fast to respond and the perfect host. Location is amazing and a short golf cart ride to beach access. If you’re on the fence about booking… just do it! You will be so grateful!! Already looking at the calendar to rebook!

Property was as described. Cleaning crew had done a fine job. Unit is located near Bonito Boathouse, with paddleboard and kayak rentals just across the parking lot. Home has an expansive marsh view.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition and well-stocked. The views onto the marsh from the living room and upstairs bedroom are spectacular. The location is peaceful. Our host, Barbie, was warm, welcoming, accommodating and communicative. The beach at Fripp is gorgeous and the vibe on the island is friendly.

Pet friendly-yes! Little access to shops and restaurants since no amenity cards were available.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the marina's action but with a peaceful, long-range view over the marsh. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water was a daily highlight. We were thrilled to spot deer, alligators, and even dolphins. Having a dedicated garage for the golf cart was incredibly convenient, and the fishing from the Bonito bridge and pier provided hours of fun. Everything worked out perfectly.

We so appreciated the absolutely excellent and thoughtful communication and flexibility in helping us navigate a winter weather weekend! We look forward to future visits!

Home is beautiful and very cozy. The view is stunning! Sunrise and sunset never disappoint at this location. I could sit on the back porch all day and watch all the birds come and go. Love being so close to the marina store for grabbing a sandwich or a cold adult beverage. Home includes a golf cart which is a huge plus and time saver! We greatly appreciated the 2 new adult bikes to get a little exercise and explore the beautiful island. The house is perfect for a small family or a get away with another couple with the 2 suites with private baths. Home has a large TV and fast internet which was much better than some places we have stayed. I would give it 6 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!
