NEW to VRBO - Modern Mediterranean Home with Rooftop Deck Views

The house was clean, comfortable and really well designed. The roof deck was such a nice addition to the space and made our time there even more enjoyable.

We spent five nights here with family and had a really nice stay. We walked several times to South Congress and took walks in the local park near the house. The rooftop patio would be a lovely hangout in Spring, Summer or Fall but it was a little too cold for us to use it on this trip. The home is stylishly designed and furnished and is well equipped to do some cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Austin in this property. It is very nicely designed for efficiency. The unit is equipped with high-end appliances which are a real treat. Restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away and run the gamut of tastes. My thanks to the owners for very quick responses to a few questions I had before arriving.

Great location for exploring Austin, very well kept up and comfortable

What a great find in Austin! A terrific home full of beautiful windows and tons of light that had everything we could have hoped for! Everything looked very new and was sparkling clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The roof deck was a great spot for sunset views. And the location was perfect--a close walk to parks and South Congress but an incredibly quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood. And Dani and Joel were great hosts--great communication with them and they made sure we had everything we needed! We definitely hope to come back someday soon!

The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. It’s in a great location. It was close enough to go to our son’s swim meet at UT. There are plenty of restaurants in near proximity.

Really nice place to stay and perfect location—close walk to pretty much anything you want or need, easy Uber/Lyft to farther destinations, but neighborhood-y so you have a quiet and good night’s sleep. Rooftop deck is fantastic. Beds are super comfy, bathrooms spacious and gorgeous, kitchen is top notch. All of the finishes are beautiful, too. A real joy staying here for ACL Fest this year.

Four friends stayed here for a long weekend. The property was walking distance to HEB and a few restaurants. The property was incredibly clean and quiet and we loved spending nights on the rooftop even in the July heat. The property manager was quick to respond to inquiries before arrival and graciously allowed us to drop our bags off prior to actual check-in. The ONLY downside to the property was the driveway. We had several ubers a day and only one of them the entire weekend would attempt the rocky steep driveway. We did not at all mind the walk down the driveway but if you are disabled, on crutches, or have some ambulatory issue this may be an issue for you. Overall, property and location were great.
