Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented last minute for Lone Star rally was great. Clean, well socked, easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Kitchen was well stocked. Large table with 8 chairs & 2 barstools. At first we were concerned about there only being a tv in the living room & not in any bedrooms but it did bring everyone out into the living areas & outdoor deck more to visit. The outside deck upstairs had a very nice dining table & chairs, 2 butterfly chairs, a chaise & ceiling fans which made it very comfortable to hang out on. They do need to water their outdoor plants better than they are as they were very dry & dying. I watered them a couple of times. We enjoyed the Family Tides property very much & would reserve again in the future! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach house.
