Great communication from the host, seems professional and responsive. Bedding had some small stains but seemed clean. The rest of the apartment did not feel professionally cleaned and had heavy cigarette smoke lingering in the air Fantastic location for beach access... Just a few steps to get to the less crowded end. Host provided beach chairs and towels on very short notice, which we really appreciated! Apartment is well set up, with welcome snacks and wine, a full useable kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Great for a longer length getaway

We were in town to handle some personal matters. Home was clean and well setup. The only down side was I did not realize that this was a second story to a two family home. Other than that misconception the stay was enjoyable
