Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I stayed on Gold Run Circle the month of February. We had a great time and the home was everything advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for so It didn’t take long for us to get comfortable with our surroundings. It felt like home to us. The owner was very easy to work with as was the caretaker. If we had a question, it was always answered very promptly. It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have spent in Summit County and that goes back many years. The views are great looking out towards Lake Dillon and Keystone ski resort and the location was perfect with access to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants within 10 min if you were going as far as Frisco; less than 5 min if you were going to Dillon or Silverthorne. We also had a chance to enjoy the walking trail along Lake Dillon. Our daughter, son-in-law and two (2) children joined us over Presidents Weekend and we had more than enough room to meet our needs with the loft being the perfect place for the teenagers to spend time away from the adults. We enjoyed our stay so much this year, we have already made arrangements to stay here again in 2016.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for one week over New Year's 2014, and our family vacation could not have been better. The home is beautiful, very clean, organized, lots of fluffy towels and nice linens, well-stocked kitchen with every gadget and appliance, comfy furniture and warm, heated floors. There are so many windows, with beautiful views outside every one. We traveled with our three sons - ages 17, 15 and 10 - with a total of 5 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The fireplace was especially nice - toasty warm after a long day of skiing. We had great meals at the house, as well as many meals out in nearby Dillon, Frisco, and Keystone. We skied 5 days and went to Vail, Keystone and A-Basin - all within an easy drive. The home is in a neighborhood setting which had great snow removal - a plus because we got a lot of snow. (We rented a car, and Hertz had overbooked their SUVs. We ended up with not-great-snow cars, and had we stayed in a more remote house, we'd have gotten stuck for sure.) It was also so nice to park inside a large garage, with the laundry room right off the garage for washing wet ski clothes. There is quite a bit of privacy with the way the home is situated on the lot, and a terrific sledding hill just out the back door. We would absolutely stay in this home again! The owner was so easy to work with, and the home lived up to its photos and reviews. There was also a stunning wild fox who'd troll the back patio in the snow looking for a hand-out each morning. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We are 2 senior couples who were looking for a quiet retreat to relive shared memories of our youth. We found that this property was perfect. After exploring Dillon and the many small towns close by, we enjoyed the front deck and the lovely views, the back deck with it's sense of privacy and wooded surroundings as well as the lovely rustic feel of the home. At night the fireplace was welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this home for one week in October. It was exactly as it appears in the photographs and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. What we particularly liked was that is was peaceful and quiet. Perfect for reading or sitting outside and enjoying the lake view and the beautiful aspen colors. Bette was a gracious hostess. We highly recommend this home and we will definitely be returning.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I spent two months in this beautiful house in Dillon. The house is constructed of boards and round logs. It has a deck in the front with a spectacular view of Lake Dillon, and a deck in the back which is a bit more forested. The two car garage was a treat and nice storage for our sporting goods. The interior has a Colorado theme with round logs, vaulted ceiling, and decorated with trim of moose, antlers, deer, and pine trees. The location is perfect; walking distance to the bus stop, restaurants, the marina, and the amphitheater. It is also a short drive to Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge ski areas. The location was very quiet even with the windows open. Bette was great to work with and very responsive to all of our questions, both before our stay as well as during. We enjoyed our stay so much; we already made our reservation for next summer (2014).
