Sea Grape is the largest unit of a chic triplex nestled a short walk from the beach and just a few short blocks from Flagler Ave, the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You will find this two bedroom, two bath home decorated in a modern Balinese style, with modern amenities so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

Each unit has two private porches with cedar pergolas for sea breeze enthusiasts complete outside chairs and shower.

Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast for the whole family. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short stroll away!

Sea Grape is complete with an HD smart TV that has apps or connects to your device through Chromecast. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is TV+ with hundreds of channels. If you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.

Sea Grape boasts high speed internet at 197 Kbps, so stay connected - if you want to.

The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress and the second bedroom has two twins. The beds are as comfortable as they are beautiful.

You will find Sea Grape welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.

Guests will have access to the home via an electronic keypad. The code is provided once the guest has agreed to the house policies through an email. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Hope Ave is a very quiet street near the Ocean and in between the Garlic and Flagler Ave. It is suitable for families and quiet couples, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, but close enough to walk to.

Everything is a short walk away. You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than a 10 minute walk. It's less than 100 yards from the Ocean. Leave your car behind.

    Bill, our host was extremely accommodating, communicative, informative, and friendly! The house was super comfortable, clean and very updated. Also, this home is in a great location… If we ever returned to the area, I would not hesitate to book it again.
