New Spanish Style Townhome Just Blocks To The Beach With Panoramic Ocean View

Beautiful home, very spacious, wonderful rooftop deck! Easy to walk to anywhere in Oceanside. About a 10 min walk to the beach. The home has beach chairs, boogie boards and towels which was really nice to have. The garage will fit two small to midsize cars but it’s snug. We didn’t have any problem finding parking right out front. There are A LOT of stairs as this is a multi level home, so make sure you don’t have physical limitations. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our family (8 and 2 year old)! Not only is it a very clean and beautiful home, it had everything we needed for meals in and (BONUS) the beach. The wagon, beach umbrella, and beach chairs were perfect for our days spent at the beach! There is an attached garage that has hoses just outside of the door so we could easily spray off after sandy play time. The unit was stocked full of helpful surprises (water bottles, toiletries, lots of extra towels and blankets). It is clear the owners take great care anticipating the needs of those that stay there! Our family had an amazing time and hope to be back again!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The location is perfectly walkable, with the beach only a few blocks away. The home itself was very clean and nicely appointed. It was quiet. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The garage parking was a nice bonus. The beach chairs and toys were great for the kids. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this property - everything is exactly as described/represented and is a couple blocks away from the beach in Oceanside. The hosts did a great job of anticipating any need you might have during your stay and proactively planning for it - extra towels, supplies, beach gear, etc. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Oceanside. Nice place in good condition. Lots of signage to help know what to do. Getting in to it was a bit tricky. And we would have preferred more trash cans / tissues in various places. But other than that it was great!

This is by far, the cleanest VRBO home we have experienced. A very bright upstairs living area was a pleasure. Plenty of extra blankets for the cool February weather. Appreciated the easy to use gas fireplace. Hope to return in the warmer weather and use beach equipment in the garage!

The house is perfect for anyone that wants to visit Oceanside. Great location, spacious, and clean with all the amenities! The hosts have thought of everything.

Kitchen was pretty well equipped but could use a few more plates & coffee cups. Dishwasher door is dinted on the inside so rack doesn’t roll in & out very well.

We've stayed in these wonderful house units twice now and both times we had a great experience. They're very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, plus it's walking distance to town and the beach. The location is great for us because our two sons live in the area and are able to stay with us and drive us around. This time we were in town for our younger son's College Graduation from CSUSM at nearby San Marcos. We'll be back!

Comfy beds, very clean

Spacious, clean rooms and centrally located for our purposes. We had a bi-coastal wedding with 110 guests on Friday- There were SO many moving parts/wedding STUFF and STEPS to climb it was comical! Just as well we are all fit! -The main room was a perfect set up for all the hair/makeup artist. - Lovely Townhome

Well kept, clean. Anthony greeted us and was very helpful orienting us. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking assistance.

We stayed now our second time at this location and it is definitely a 5 star location. Everything you could possibly need can be found here. Easy walk to the beach, dining, stores, street fair, and much more. Comfortable beds and furniture. Best thing is we had 7 people and we all got through showers after the beach with hot water. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! We love the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We will be back next year! My only request would be to get a new trash can in the kitchen because it is broken. Also maybe have the painting get done during the off season. Otherwise it was great.

We loved the rooftop patio, bedrooms and bathrooms, and location. We had 3 couples and a baby - plenty of room!

Our stay was wonderful we were there for 4 nights to attend our daughter DI graduation. This place is walking distance to downtown Oceanside which we loved and tried out the local restaurants! A must try is the Thursday evening food festival loved it ! We ate so much ! Our host was very responsive ! We will definitely be staying again here !

We were very pleased with our stay. Close to the beach, comfortable, roomy, great restaurants. Great family time over the holidays!!

The property was clean and well appointed. The property manager was responsive and very nice. There are four levels with ling stairways which was difficult for two senior’s, two toddlers and their pregnant mom. There was an elevator which would have been a great help but it was only for handicapped. The property location was not optimal and did not feel safe. There were many homeless people acting strangely around the area and walking to the beach which caused anxiety for the young mother in our group with two toddlers. She did not feel safe walking without adult male escort. The property is better suited for young adults without young children.

The property location was great. The pier and beach are an easy walk. The trains do not bow their whistle in this neighborhood. The roof top deck with grill was a nice bonus. My 92 yo mom was able to enjoy the sunset from inside while others took in the view from up top. We were able to use the elevator for my mom otherwise she would not have been able to do all the stairs. I highly recommend this townhouse and will recommend to others.
