This house was perfection. Our immediate family is large and needed a house large enough for us all to have space. Not only was this house large and spacious, it had everything and was beautiful! Opening the door to the Christmas music and a gorgeous tree glowing in the corner was the icing on the cake. We did not notice damage or maintenance flaws on this property and it lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable with a variety of blankets and pillows. The sauna was heavenly. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing this home with us!

The house is amazing!! Kitchen is huge, fully stocked with so much stuff. There was 15 of us just buzzing around there cooking, playing games, walking all the great trails. We loved the house and had a great time. We would love to stay there again in the future.

We had 5 families and the 2 bunk rooms were perfect for all of the kids to sleep together - and the stuffed bears on the beds were a big hit. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained and had everything we needed. It’s centrally located in Suncadia, walking distance to the cutest park and playground and only a 10 minute drive to Safeway for anything else we wanted. The hosts were very responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything which made the stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The home itself was just as pictured, except the outside is now natural growth instead of mowed grass. The kitchen is fabulously stocked in every way. The property manager is also exceptional. It was our best rental experience ever.

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed home accommodated five families made up of adult and teens. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils and even beautiful serving platters and bowls. Bedrooms were gorgeous and beds very comfortable. Couple of items stopped me from giving 5 stars - we could not get the dry sauna or the cold plunge pool to work which was a huge disappointment to many of us wanting to use that feature. Better instructions needed perhaps or it’s not working. Also hair conditioner please!! Everyone expects both shampoo and conditioner stocked in a vacation home rental these days - especially a luxury home rental.

The home was perfection with plenty of space for everyone, amenities to accommodate everyone and everything you could think of in the kitchen. And we got a white Christmas! The only downfall was only 10 seats at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen counter to accommodate a house that sleeps 22. When we called the staff to ask and request a table and chairs they were not accommodating. So we had to travel with a table and chairs and couldn’t all sit together for Christmas dinner. Otherwise no complaints from us.

Kings Landing was the perfect location for our annual family gathering. It accommodated our wide variety of ages and interests with comfortable seating for all, a game room, and plenty of bedrooms. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We'd love to go back and enjoy the outdoor amenities in the summer!

Great property!

We found the property to be true to the listing and absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was very well stocked for all our needs. Plenty of space for our group of 13 adults. Our only issue was some cleanliness concerns. A few towels had some questionable stains and we found the bar area + higher up shelves to be very dusty. Additionally, the hot tub had rocks and dirt. We found that for such a high cleaning fee, this was a bit disappointing. Other than that, we found the hosts & property to be perfect!

We had my entire extended family and then some for a week in the summer. This property worked out very well for us. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems during our stay. Communications with the rental agent was good. Lots of fun things to do in the area. I would not recommend booking this property through Vrbo. It's available elsewhere. They don't tell you that they give your credit card information to the property manager, who bills you for most of the rental (Vrbo bills you for an outstandingly large fee they charge the owner for the listing. They don't show you the additional rental agreement you have to sign until after you book (the agreement, which isn't onerous, but you can't see it until you book. Again, this is a Vrbo issue, not All Seasons, or the property owner.
