New Smyrna Beach Townhome, Walk to Bay Access!

OUR STAY WAS GREAT. REALLY NICE LOCATION. I WOULD SUGGEST LET PEOPLE THAT STAY THERE TO KNOW WHEN GARBAGE DAY IS. WE TOOK IT OUT WHEN WE SAW OTHERS PUTTING THIERS OUT BY THE ROAD.

My daughter graduated from Winterpark HS. We all met up at the ABNB and had a great time.

We stayed for our first trip of the summer and absolutely loved it. It was decorated so cute, great location, and overall an amazing place. There was a few cons such as the sink not draining properly, nail at the top of the stairs, bath tub needs re painted but honestly it was still an amazing place to stay.

House over all was great. No soap no shampoo no coffee or sugar no iron or ironing board only 5 towels for accommodation of 8. All cooking sheets were rusty or nasty . No soap for washing machine . Grill out side was not the one in the pictures from the listing much smaller. Couch outside cousin need to be pressure washed.

Home was just as described and pretty dang wonderful! 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 and a half beautiful baths and a big big fully stocked kitchen! Disposal was broken and they immediately had someone out to replace it

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I reached out to the property manager to arrange some pre-planned decorations and she got me in contact with her cleaning lady. Crystal went above and beyond to insure that my wife’s birthday was memorable! 5 stars isn’t enough to show how awesome these ladies are! Highly recommend this spot for your next stay.

This was so easy to book and when we got there, we were very surprised at how clean and spacious the condo was. We got hit by the hurricane and nowhere to cook Thanksgiving, so we rented this place being that it is around the corner from my sister. It was great. We invited the neighbors to stop in a get a plate and we just had an overall great stay. The extra touch I think was the washer and dryer since we were there for a while. The beds were ok but not great. That is the one and only thing I can say that is negative. My family and I will probably be seeing a lot of this place as long as my sister lives there. Thank you Mikayla! You are awesome!!!

I did a weekend at NSB for my 23rd bday and this was the perfect spot. This place was nicely updated and felt so cozy. The space was the perfect size for everyone that came!

We had 8 people and had plenty of room, the place is set up freat for a large group! The manager was great to communicate with, very prompt replies back to our conversation with her! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much we are already looking to rebook!Homey, clean, quaint and perfect for a family getaway. I don't tend to sleep well if not in my own bed and I didn't have that issue here which reaffirms the comfortableness of the townhome.Close to restaurants and literally a minute drive from the beach.Our host was super responsive and so pleasant to engage. Owner could really bump up their game by replacing some of the old, cheap towels and washcloths, adding an iron and ironing board (we were there for a wedding and needed to find one elsewhere), and a box off tissues in the main bathrooms. Unit was clean and quiet neighborhood. Overall, a nice stay.
