We love this spacious, well-decorated beach house with every comfort and amenity you could ask for! All ages will enjoy this place - just steps away from the beach, with great views and the most inviting and relaxing front porch! Convenient to shops and restaurants too!

Home beautiful and lots of spacious room. Kitchen equipped well as well as towels. Could use new frying pans and cookie sheet, we cooked in mostly. Enjoyed our stay there.

This is a beautiful newer beach house in the most convenient location to beach, restaurants and shopping. An extra bonus is the upstairs front porch with a partial view of the ocean which I wasn’t expecting being that other houses are between this house and the beach. We loved the quick access to the beach just a few steps away and the walkability to Flagler Ave, Publix, many restaurants and shopping. We rented a gulf cart for beach driving to the north end jetty and Canal Street but without the cart we could have still walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Our car stayed in the garage the entire stay making a truly relaxing stay. As others have stated most of the house is upstairs which may be something for some to consider, but if that is not an issue then you can’t go wrong with this rental which was clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. It is hard to find pet friendly beach rentals that our as nice as this one. We will definitely be back.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the house and the location. Super close to the beach and to Flagler. House is in great condition and has everything that we need.

Lovely home. If I had any issues, there are a lot of stairs. House was very clean, incredible location. 2 minute walk to the beach.Everything was accurate to the listing.

Wonderful property for family gathering! Beautifully decorated, airy, comes fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom is a dream! It even has an office area. We loved cooking together, watching movies together and eating breakfasts on the front porch. The beach being right around the corner was amazing...only a short walk over. We didn't want to leave! Only note to future guests is there are many stairs on the property so if someone is elderly or has limited capabilities please make sure they are able to get up and down safely.

We only booked the house on Hill St for 3 nights. We were soooo sorry we didn't plan for a full week!! House, location and communication were just excellent! Could not have asked for more. The house is lovely and fully equipped . We'll definitely send our friends! Thank you many times over.

Great stay for our family.

This beautiful beach home is a dream come true to stay in! So spacious yet cozy, equipped with everything you could ask for, and SO close to the beach, Our family has enjoyed two stays here and would love to again! Nice ocean views from the front porch too!

We really like the house and location and have stayed here several times. Beach access is close and a very short walk from the house. The house is very clean, and the hosts are easy to contact if any issues arise. If you are looking for a place for a nice family vacation, we highly recommend this place.

The home itself was very nice, well appointed and extremely clean. It is also in a great location, which is close to the beach and many local attractions, dining and activities. Best of all, the property managers are communicative and responsive to any problems that may arise during the stay. This rental comes highly recommended.
