New Smyrna Beach Cozy Pool Home, Beach, Shopping & Restaurants

We were evacuated from the west coast to NSB with Hurricane Helene. We felt so at home and it was super comfy . The house was stocked with plenty of paper and cleaning products! You name it it was there.. super nice beds and plenty of room👍🤘🇺🇸

Property was great! What you see is exactly what you’ll be getting, no surprises. My girls absolutely loved the pool, we spent so much time there. The mast bed was so comfortable! Kitchen was very accommodating. Kim was wonderful! We loved this place so much we have found the place where we will continue to vacation for years to come!

we had a great stay. everyone was supper friendly. the location was perfect, quick drive to the beach and down town.

The house smelled of heavy deodorizer and was dusty. The pool was dirty, we had to do a little bit of cleaning to get all the stuff floating off the top of the water. There was a house next door that was all boarded up and overgrown.

The property was very nice. Our 2 bedroom was dated but very nice. Care takers were great saw them most every day. I traveled for work over the last 20 years. For the money i recommend this place highly.

The property was very clean and well located close to shopping and food. The property was a little small for our family but otherwise very adequate for our stay.

We rented this property for 2 days. The property, furniture, etc was a little outdated, but very clean and tidy. The property manager, Jim, was very nice and supportive. He was open to all of our needs and questions. The owner, Tim, as well was very nice and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to rent for a short or long stay. I would stay here again.

The property manager was a real nice guy met him the next day as I got in late and he made sure I was able to get in easy . My issue was no central air window was not the issue as much as they were noise and was not able tl sleep. The place is in dire need of an upgrade in the interior as well as furniture. Bed was so uncomfortable. We left Saturday afternoon after coming from the beach. I paid for to night and only stayed one. Don’t know if is because of three window ac had a musty smell when we walked in. Anyway I was celebrating my 33rd weeding anniversary so we were disappointed. I hate giving these kind of reviews but it is what it is. Walking down the street by the beach found a bead and Breakfast for the same price and it was beautiful and right in the middle of the slopes could of walk to beach.

Pool was nice for the fam. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice quiet stay, we also met the property manager and she was very polite.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay! Kim, the property manager was a delight. She was quick to respond to all of our needs! The lap pool was a bonus!

Awesome, affordable cottage with amazing pool. My boys play baseball and we rented this house for a tournament we needed to travel for. The house was perfect for us: spacious, well maintained and clean. Our boys loved the pool after their games. Very quiet and private. Also, big thanks to the owner for accommodating us with a late check out. We very much appreciate it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Property is very conveniently located. Close to shopping dining and of course the beach. Our host was absolutely amazing, very accommodating.

I stayed at this property last weekend with my husband and our dog. It was important to find a house with a private yard for my dog to safely enjoy and explore while on leash. This one fit the bill beautifully. The house is as described in the advertisement. It is an older home but it had been updated and was clean and well maintained. The pool was nicely maintained but the water was a little too cool for an old gal! (the weather was unseasonably cool.) The pool would be fantastic when the weather is warmer.We met a lovely older couple staying in the other unit. They have been repeat renters, happily staying with this host for many years. We also met Kim, who helps as a caretaker and she was very nice. The home was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property and this host.

The host was very responsive when we called to report the house was not clean.

The home was cozy. The site manager was helpful and friendly, as were the neighbors. The property is pet-friendly and includes a washer and dryer, which was a valuable convenience.

My sister and dog had a wonderful time at the property. It was just as it was described in the listing. A well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, a comfortable sitting area/living room and 2 very comfortable bedrooms.What made it really enjoyable were the other guests that were staying in one of the other properties. Some of the nicest, sweetest people I have meet. I can forget the property manager, Kim who was always easy to reach and gave great suggestions for dining and places to live seeing how I just moved ba k to Florida. No only did she give me good places to look for housing but she also sent me leads on places to check out. I can tell Kim really cares about what she does because of the care she put into maintenance and upkeeping the properties. I would highly recommend this places to family and friends.

Wonderful stay,, enjoyed this property very much, excellent host,and a wonderful manager ,,went out of there way to give us the best experience possible. Was very comfortable, quiet, and safe, has everything needed for extended stays, and a very convenient location as well, close to everything.

Accommodations where great

The apartment was very close to the sites in New Smyrna Beach. We biked from there to Canal St, beautiful Riverside Dr, and to South Beach. It’s just a couple of miles. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax. Kim even bought us a new charcoal grill so I could grill out. The apartment is cozy. I would recommend it. It’s worth what the owner is charging.

The property is as advertised. It’s clean and has all the towels and sheets available. It’s well air conditioned and well lit. We only slept and showered for a family of 5 (with teenagers) and it worked for that purpose.

Our host Kim was awesome. Answered all our questions pre and post stay. Was available to show us around the unit and property when we arrived, unfortunately we were there visiting our grand daughter, who had other plans.The unit was clean and had fresh towels and linens. The unit supplied a coffee machine and a kuerig, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. AC and ceiling fans all worked to keep the unit comfortable at 68-70 degrees.The unit itself is very outdated and needs a major make over. We felt like we were back in our appartment in the early 80's. From the paint, utensils, mis-matched furniture, dressers, desk....felt like an episode of back to the future.We addressed the issues with Kim who was understanding and receptive. The owner is trying to gradually improve the unit a little at a time but there is a long way to go.With that being said, it fulfilled our need of a place to sleep! The location was close to Route 44, so businesses were in very close proximity to supply our needs.

Very close to store food stores, gas stations, services like haircuts and dog grooming. Within a couple of miles of active pickleball courts and parks.

Great little place, with amenities.

Everything was perfect and just what we were looking for, For the weekend. The house is on a property with a couple other units i believe 4…. But everyone was super welcoming and nice 😊
